Several maids as well as the old woman walked into Laura's room. "Maria." The old woman said. "We're having a party tonight. It's a fancy party. You like parties don't you?" She asked.
"Yes. I like parties." Laura said, faking a smile.
"Good. We're going to get you a dress to wear. There are several gentlemen there that will be happy to make your acquaintance. And do be quick please. The party starts in 2 hours.
"Three hours?" Laura replied shocked.
"Sorry it's such short notice. I hope you don't mind." The old woman smiled and left the room.
'Crap... Now that I think about it, the date on the invitation was for today. I don't have much time. Man this sucks.' Laura thought. Some of the new maids started drooling over her and forced her to go through dresses and dresses like a barbie doll. As much as she wanted to protest, she knew there was security now standing at her door to make sure she didn't leave.
