[Re-Enter]
Rhiko woke from his long sleep after his last training, and decided he would try something new... actually learning a genjutsu, for a long time, he had spent his days learning the abilities and power of Genjutsu, but now he would try to utilize this knowledge, and move towards using a brand new ability!

Mizu averted her eyes away from Hiro and stared at some random spot in the sky. She inwardly smirked at his statement of “Wanting to make things go boom.” That sounded like something the old Hiro would say, and something she still wouldn’t respond too. “Umm, tag placement? Explain.” She questioned as she stared down at the bomb tags placed on the ground. This training seemed as if it were going to be interesting coated in possible self injury; this would be fun.

((The dice is 1d20 and there are no more mods added on to jutsu training. the dc is a solid 15 which is dropped by 1 after every five successful rolls until it reaches 10))
Hiro dropped his head in shame and shook it slowly. This little girl was his sister. She shared nothing of the joys for blood and battle like he did. He didn't know where he went wrong in the rubbing off process but it didn't matter. "The bomb tag has a certain radius on it. If you place it in the sweet spot you do more damage. If you place it to far off away from the target you may as well be throwing fireworks."

Mizu inwardly sighed as Hiro’s head drop and shook, she wondered what his problem lately, but she pushed the thoughts aside as she listened to the explanation. “That makes sense, now tell me what you want me to do, I’m ready to get started.” She said growing more anxious as she continued to stare at the bomb tags on the ground.

Hiro pulled up a bomb tag and placed it on the tree behind him grabbing Mizu tightly he jumped into the air hovering over the tree for a few seconds before snapping his fingers. As he did the bomb tab blew obliterating the trees trunk. causing it to fall. "Your going to be learning to do that. You have to leave your chakra signature on the tag until you are ready to relase it. To early you'll hurt yourself, to late and it does you no good." Landing he set her down and gave her a bomb tag. "Your turn little sis."

Mizu studied every action Hiro made as she was carried off into the air. It seemed simple enough and her control didn’t suck as much as it use to. As they landed she once again replayed the entire scene to make sure she didn’t miss anything. Holding the tag between her fingers she gracefully walked over to a tree and placed the tag in the middle of the trunk; after leaving the traces of what she felt was the right amount of chakra she began to walk away. “Well it hasn’t blown yet so it wasn’t too much. As she began to near Hiro she snapped her fingers to release the chakra, hearing the loud explosion behind her she smirked as she neared her brother, she felt proud of herself. “Don’t expect that every time, you know I’ll more then likely get “banged” up doing this.” She giggled at her lame pun before mentally slapping herself, though it was a joke, though the truth, Mizu had been trying to drop her pessimistic attitude, but it proved harder then she hoped it would. “How was that?” She asked as she finally reached the boy. Hiro smiled as she seemed to be making good progress to start off with. He was impressed considering how he did his own training. As she got closer Hiro got another spectacular idea. "Here we go. I am going to chase you. Your job is to place a tag on the movement and detonate it when you think I am in range. If I see it, I will detonate it with a kunai before you get the chance. We will keep doing this till you have mastered the jutsu."

Rhiko reached injto his bag, and slowly removed another book he had borrowed from the library, it it, was instructions to learn his first Genjutsu, something he had long awaited. He could barely hold in his excitement! He opened up to the first page, and began reading the introduction, "Magen: Narakumi no Jutsu, is an illutionary tecnique that allows the user to implant a horific immage nto the victim's mind. Jutsus such as these are dangerous, dispite the lack of actual physical danger."
"Genjutsus can be used defensively, or offensivel, and can also be used in traps, mostly as seals placed on or within an object." I've had plenty of experience with those... "The genjutsu power, is both dependant on the user's strength mentally, and thier ability with genjutsu. The amount of damage recieved by the victim, is also dependant on the overall mental state of the one affected." Yea... no surprise there... I'd be a gonner if I was just some idiot, or little kid attepting this sort of training.
"Genjutsu ARE illutions, and this must be kept in mind, as anyone not in the illution can easilly break it off a person by placing thier hand on him or her, and disrupting thier chakra flow. However, anyone caught alone, could be captured, and held in the genjutsu almost indefinately, depending on the difference between the user and the victim. A genjutsu user must be wise, and always on gaurd, because they often have little skills in hand to hand combat, or physical attack jutsus."
Rhiko continued on through the pages, examining illustations, and other informative objects within the book. It held plenty of information, but it would appear he would need to do much more then read to truely learn the genjutsu, but none the less, he kept going, and read on to the next section.
"In this section you will learn the deep mental effects, and the physical properties involved in genjutsu that have previously been left unstated. The genjutsus are interuptions in the normal flow of mental thought, and also disrupt the trafering of ions to and from certain parts of the brain, that govern logic and reason. This is why in many cases, those caught in a genjutsu, do not relise that a gigantic firball falling from the sky, and destroying thier home, is practicly imposable."
"Everything within a genjutsu, is supported and governed by the mind. The mind, governs everything you see, feel, hear, smell, taste... everything that makes our world what it is. Who you are, who others are to you, how you think and feel about them, every fabric of your being is controled by the mind... manipulate this... and you can bring an entire world crashing down appon someone... litterally! The boundaries of a genjutsu are limitless!"
Rhiko stoped for a moment to ponder this, "Absolutly limitless huh? Interesting... I wonder... perhaps it is posable to do the oposite of toture, and bring someone to thier suposed paradice... according to the information, a genjutsu does damage mentally whether or not the genjutsu is terifying or not."
His eyes driffted over to a picture drawn on the page, to illustrate what one could experience durring a genjutsu, he shutered as he stared, a well drawn picture of someone burning alive, sent shivers down his spine... "Let's hope I don't run into someone like that. but... could I really bring myself to put someone through this kind of experience?"
A slowly turned page, revealed a sela, which flashed, and sent Rhiko into a temporary genjutsu, he looked around, and saw a wooden stake, which stood high in the air, on it, was himself, and a small flame climing up the spire, and heading towards him! He screemed, and closed his eyes. Heopened them, and found him right back where he was sitting.
He turned the page again, and read the next paragraph, "If you read all the way to this point, you should have just experienced only a fraction of a genjutsu's capabilities. Burning at the stake, is just a tiny simple minded posability. The true torture lies in things that defy reality, and physics all together!"

Mizu ran the sentence though her head to process what was said as she came to a stop in front of her brother. “Ah a game this would be fun, and will probably increase my chance of blowing myself up.” She thought to herself earning another mental slap, though she really was looking forward to it, it would make things more interesting. “Alright I understand….so when do we start?” Mizu asked already getting a bomb tag prepared.

Hiro simply smiled. She agreed to his demands and it was a good thing she did. She didn't have much of a choice in the matter if she wanted him to teach her. Hearing from Karite he knew she had learned the body flicker jutsu, so she might have been able to keep up with Hiro, but he was still much faster then her. "I suggest you start running now."

“What?!” Mizu questioned only half listing to Hiro, and losing her focus on the tag she had been holding. An explosion was heard and Mizu’s body was propelled a couple feet, gasping in pain as she was in the air and again as she hit the ground she stared up wide eyed at the sky wondering what just happened. “That was stupid of me. But I knew it would happen sooner or latter.” Mizu let out not bothering to get up from her spot on the ground, she was just hopping it wouldn’t happen so soon. Forcing herself to get up she looked at Hiro kind of expecting to get scolded. Learning Jibaku Fuda: Kassei: DC: 15 1D20:1 Train: 1/9 2.

((scratch the damage thing. I forgot how low leveled you were))
Hiro stood arms crossed he was not surprised. Once one becomes unfocused it is hard to control anything in the line of work they had signed up for. Looking at her he laughed as to not to discourage her. "Get up and keep running. I aint going to let you get off the hook that easy." Hiro reached behind his back and slowly slid his ring finger into the cold metal ring of his kunai. Ripping it from his back and slamming it into his open palm infront of his face. "Move quickly."

Rhiko sat in silence, trying to take in all the information he was reading. He thought deeply on the posabilities, and true concept that was, defying the laws of rality and physics. The idea seemed proposterous, and let alone imposable, to gererate something within himself, and trasfer it to someone else... how could he come up with something that was litterally imposable by any meens.
Rhiko questioned his choice to follow the ways of genjutsu, and wondered if he truely had the heart to induce such things appon a person. But then the thought came to his mind... of all the classmates he grew up with in the accademy, and that many of them did not make it. He thought about how he had left the ninja ranks, becuase he had chickened out when he was still young.
With this taunting his mind, he decided, that if it was for the good of the village, he would use it on anyone who threatened it. His loved ones, and those close to him, were its inhabitants, and if this was the price he would have to pay... it was a small one indeed. He smiled, and put the doubt behind him, and returned to reading.
He read, and read... and read some more, and slowly but surely he was gaining ground on the book, soon without much effort, hwe would reach the end, and have successfully learned all he could about his jutsu, and be able to move on to actually casting it. This thought provoked him all the way through, and drove him crazy! How would he be able to practice using it?! How was he supposed to practice, without useing it on someone? And to use it on someone, could put THEM in danger of fallin prey to it!
Rhiko rolled options around and around in his head as he read on, the whole way, trying to think of any option, including useing it on himself! He stoped his reading, and looked up at the misty, and hasey sky, "what a bother... how am i supposed to train, if I'm stuck without a partner?"
At that moment, a bird flew over, and landed on a nearby tree, he stared at it, and it at him. The bird was a horned owl, a bird he admired very much, for sometimes being known as the ninja of the bird species. An odd title, but thier affinity to the darkenss, and silent flight in that darkness, to snatch up its prey, was magnificent to Rhiko. any a time, he wishes to atch one, and train it... make it his, and somehow use it in his missions.
Coeming back from his distracted state, he looked back to the pages of the book and continued reading, trying earnestly, to ignore the hoots of the owl, which simply had no care for his presence, or objective. the hooting continued for awhile, and finally he snaped, Rhiko took a rock, and tossed it t the owl, which simply took off and flew away. Rhiko sighed and groaned, "you pain in the a** bird... I like you... but I don't want you here while I'm working."
Rhiko was closing in on the end of the book, and noticed a small bookmark at the very end. On it, was a crudely drawn skull, which gave him the creeps, "Perhaps, I should avoid that page..." he continued reading however, and came up on the end of his chapter. "Only 3 chapters to go... a tad more, and I'll have enough information to begin my true work.
His eyes glanced around over the top of the pages, examining his surroundings, off in the distance he could hear explotions, "It seems I'm not the only one in this grove..." He said with a chuckle, "The least hey could do is respect the forrest, and keep things... slightly peaceful." He sighed, and shruged his shoulders, in a sort of, 'What can ya do?' manner.
There was one final chapter ahead of him, after all the time he spent reading. He was antious t finish, but hesitant to g past the skull marked page. It was disturbing, he wondered if it was truely a deadly page... the last page that had something that gave him the creeps, thrusted him into a temporary genjutsu. "I'll have to go past it one way or another... oh well. here goes nothing!"

Mizu suppressed the rest of the minor lingering pain as she observed Hiro’s reaction. She wasn’t expecting him to laugh at her but it was better then being scolded, so at that she smiled to herself. Letting her smile fade she began circulating her chakra throughout her body then shifting a proper amount to her feet, if Hiro wanted her to move quickly she would. Within seconds she advanced herself three feet ahead, she stopped her normal high pace speed as she neared a tree. As she passed by said tree she made it appear as if she placed a bomb tag on the trunk of the tree by following though with the hand movements, but if paying closer attention you noticed she let it slip though her fingers to settle at the bottom of the tree at were the ground and tree meet, she was confident she would succeed this time “Considering I wasn’t blown up this time.” She thought to herself as she continued her run never stopping to begin with. After she was a safe enough distance she pivoted on the balls of her feet to face the direction she came, preparing to release her chakra as Hiro neared the mark.
