Laughing a little, Amaya agreed. "Your father will calm soon enough. All fathers do." She reassured him. "I guess we could have the wedding after my wounds heal. It would take a month at least, but everything should be fine then." She said, tapping her finger on her lips in thought. Realizing a date in the next month, she giggled a little. "I believe my birthday is next month as well!" She laughed.

Amy ran to the first door that seemed safe, and went in, shutting it behind her...it was a broom cupboard. She leaned against the door, sinking down to sit slowly, burying her face in her hands.
Niro sighed, "Yea.....think she does" he said back, though judging from her reaction, he wasn't too sure.

Kathryn jumped up. "Yes! I think she very much does!!" Smiling, she hugged her cousin. "But, that`s me...you should ask her, but maybe let things cool off first...heh..."

Grinning, he laughed. "Well then, I do believe in a month sounds great. It's a date." he winked, laughing some more. Bringing his lips to hers, he kissed her passionatly, just so happy. Allowing his tongue to dance with hers, he blushed, pulling away. "Sorry, I got into the moment." Pecking her lips again, he had kissed her like that before, but not when they were in a bed. That might not have been the best idea.
"So, what does Keros do for Birthdays?"

Vivian looked up, finally calmer than she had been earlier. With distant eyes she walked out of her room, winding her way to the stables. Stroking Delene's mane fondly, she climbed up onto her back, riding out across the plains to the nearest forest. Slowing to a halt, she jumped down, Delene following her on her own. Pausing every now and then, she had a bouqet of wildflowers growing in her arms, finally climbing up onto Delene again. Returning to the castle, any smart person who knew Hamlet would know the plants in her arms.
Returning to her room, she placed the plants in a vase, cutting off the leaves that would have been in the water so that it wouldn't muck it up. After a few minutes, she took out about half of the plants and began to weave a crown from them, using the other half to make a second crown. "Looks like I'll have to go out again tomorrow." She murmured to herself, taking both of the crowns with her to the medical ward, requesting some preservatives that wouldn't harm if they came into contact with skin. They didn't ask why, but gave her what she wanted. Going back to her room again, she applied it carefully to both of the crowns, making sure she would have enough for at least two more. Yes....One for Amaya, Aryanna, Amy, and Roran. I wonder...should I make one for Xander and Akori? And what of their youngest brother? Should I make him one too?

Responding to his kiss, her tounge danced with his. "Who cares what Keros does. We can talk about that later. Why would you apoligize for a moment I liked?" She asked, grinning as she cocked her head.

Amy breathed hard, she was panicking, she had no idea how to treat this, what to do, and she was afraid to let it happen, she couldn't just forget everything and go on to being with some stranger who mocked everything about her.....she put her head between her crossed arms, and looking at the floor below her feet, in the broomstick closet, she stayed, too afraid to come out, and too confused.

Surprised by her reaction, his eyebrows raised. Looking around as if this was a prank, he wasn't quite sure what to say yet. "Well, heh, um..." looking around again, he couldn't avoid it anymore. "Well, seeing as where we are right now, in your bed, I didn' think it was such a smart thing to do." When he said it, his voice was shaky, he had an 'I'm sorry' expression on his face at the moment, unsure of how she'd react.

"True." She giggled a little, seeing his uneasiness. "It's fine." Amaya told him, slipping out of bed. It was the middle of the night and the moon shined brightly through the window. "I'm going to go get something to drink, I'll be back in a little bit." She said, looking at Roran as she kissed his forehead. Walking out of the room, she headed off to the Kitchen, getting some water and sitting down at a table, quietly looking out the window as she drank the water, her hands aching.

Akori patted Kathryn on her shoulder, "imma go to my room" he said making his way, his expression changing again to neutral. He hadn't been himself lately.

Watching her leave, she seemed so graceful. Sighing as she left his sight, he closed his eyes, he felt stupid. Getting out of the bed, he walked into his room. Finding a book on a shelf that he thought was for decoration, it was on Keros's history. Smiling, he took it back into Amaya's room, lighting a candle. Sitting in a chair, he sat infront of the table the candle was on, reading in the candlelight silently. Keros's history was quite interesting, but he focused on all the parts that involved the Strikers.

A little while later, Amaya returned, her wounds professionally bandaged and wearing a silk, purple nightgown. She saw Roran over in a corner of the room reading some book and she quietly made her way over, draping her arms gently on his shoulders and kissing his cheek. "What are you up to?" She asked, reading the book over his shoulder.

Lost in the newly found book, he hadn't noticed her until she made contact with him. "Well, I found this book on the shelf in my room. It was the only one on the shelf. I'm finding it interesting." Moving his hand to her neck, he pulled her towards him carefully. "I'm sorry about what happened earlier. I was just afraid of what might have happened. I would say we arn't quite that far yet. Not yet." Smiling, he kissed her passionatly, pulling away for a brief moment. "This'll make up for then, I hope." Smiling, he returned to their kiss, fireworks exploding in his heart. Such a happy moment.

"It's fine. I realize we don't want to take things too fast." She said, smiling at him tiredly. Amaya kissed him back for a little while and then yawned, breaking the kiss. "Don't stay up too late." she adivised, crawling into bed and pulling the sheets over her small frame, quickly falling asleep.

Smiling at her advice, he nodded. "I won't, I promise. Good night, my love." Returning to the book, he finished the chapter on Amaya's Great Grandparents. They were interesting people. He was disappointed though, for the books Table of Contents didn't say much about the Strikers. There was a page on them, but it mostly described them. Roran wanted to know more about these Dragon creatures. I might end up fighting them if they are as hostile as Amaya seems to be letting off. As long as they don't hurt my, our, people. Especially not my family. All of it. His mind drifted between family members, then to his soon-to-be family members. He was wondering how Akori was doing with Amy, and how Vivan was handling her situation.
He then though of Amaya. How could he not? She had been taken by the beasts just that day! But his mind quickly went from how the Strikers treated the royal family of Keros in the past, to their wedding. Only a month away. That was not a long time. And to top it off, it was going to be Amaya's birthday. What better date for thier wedding was there? He didn't think there was one. Grinning, he closed his book silently, looking at his fiancee, watching her sleep.
Starting to think of all the small details, it then hit him on the location of this event. Was it to be in Syra, or in Keros? The original plan was for it to be in Keros, but things had changed so much since then, Roran wasn't sure if they should still go with that. It didn't bother him where they had it, he just knew that he loved Amaya, so anywhere would be okay with him, as long as she was happy. We could have it at the border line of our kingdoms. In doing so, we could combine the two permanetly. Though that may not be such a perfect idea. Then again, I doubt many Syrans would want to come to Keros for my wedding, and I doubt many of Keros's people would want to travel to Syra to see their Queen get married. This is so troublesome. Sighing, he realized he had stayed up longer than he had meant to.
Rising to his feet, he blew the candle out and returned to Amaya's bed, falling asleep quite quickly.
