"I'm just doing some of my own exercises" He said plainly and started to go at a jog even as his legs hurt "god i'm out of shape"

Sukaru smirked, and looked at Ann. "She doesn't talk very much eh? Shikatsu. You have a thing for her?" He said with a smile. "She doesn't look like someone to betray like Sonia did to you, and Simca did to me."

Naoshi walks up behind Sakaru and uses the Spheres in the claws to Noogie the sides ogf his head. "YOU ARENT SUPPOSED TO BE MAKIGN FUN OF EACH OThER." I stop and sigh. "Train with each other that is what will make you stronger BAKAS." I exhale. "The akatsuki.......... Well alot of them fight liek that. Although if we cna be better then them and work as a whole team then we cna beat them."

Shikatsu growled as two long spikes grew out of the back of his armor near his each of his shoulder blades and another two grew out of the area of his armor about two inches above the ankles ((106/9 cool )

Sukaru freaked out. "AHHH!! Old guy giving noogies!!!" He took a few steps forward, and puts down his now messed up hair. "Man...gotta touch the hair..hmph."

I sigh and turn to Ann. "Yes you are and i wil need to sen dyou soem where." I smile. "When you wnat to train with Taizen to use yrou sheild and sword use this radio." Taizen hands her one. "He will hear you. Now Go to stone and Ask the Tsuichi kage if you cna learn Healing Jutsu from her?" I turn to Shikatsu. "Your goign with her got it? I will sen dTaizo to train with you ok?"

Shikatsu Turned to Naoshi and let the armor fall off "Fine" He made sure he was ready and snagged a soldier pill and popped it into his mouth

Sukaru took in a deep breath. "Alright...let's try this again..." He tossed his shuriken, and as soon as it got far enough he pulled it back with his chakra. He raised his palm. "More wind this time...Flying Pressure!" he launched three gusts of wind, and let go of the shuriken control. The shuriken bolted forward slicing through a couple trees, and half way through a third. The trees fell with a big thud noise. "Hehe..got it."
