Why is the hyuuga clan currently off limits???

Hyuuga is currently off limits becuase there are too many active users playing a hyuuga. (same thing was said when i tried to join akasun.)

for the free techniques, you have to search for them in news posts mrgreen

read the minor news. you are entitled to either a 2000sp technique. or 2 techniques that are under 1000sp
