Well, the flipside of exercising is giving your body time to heal itself. Otherwise, you'll just keep expending energy without replenishing.
Although, I kind of lean towards "running an hour every day" type thing.

The glowing cave reminds me about a part in my one story that delt with the colors of the armors for the Torikasho warriors. It was a place where they can think and meditiate. ...amazing but yet odd at the same time... sweatdrop

I got the idea from Star Ocean: The Second Story. The part where they have to find this glowing energy stone to use for this magical cannon. I just put it in.

Oh? I never seen/heard of it. But It aligned with the colors of the armors. Red, Orange, Green, Dark Blue, Purple, and Blue... sweatdrop
