Lia Syuki ...I feel a great need to study for some of these type exams, lol. Some of these types, I feel I know oh so little about... Especially considering the first time I took a type exam in here. XD Edit: Also, I just realized I aught to have a question: If we manage to knock a wild pokemon out without killing it (kinda a thin margin, there, but it's possible), can we still catch the pokemon in a ball? Nooooooooope. It was ultimately decided that was "too easy".

Durn. -snaps fingers- And to be fair, to do that you've got an eight number range where too far one way means they're still up and too far the other means they're dead. XD But okey, I guess I won't have my character just timidly approaching an unconscious pokemon and booping them on the head with a ball, lol. Maybe I'll just let her have her pokemon get a free meal instead. twisted

In Season 2 my character literally skinned a few pokemon he killed and used their pelts to make things. Like a belt and a bag.

(whether he was season 1 or season 2, I don't quite know yet) I looked over his lot posts and noticed him mention something about wanting the fur of something big and fuzzy to sleep on. XD

Preferably either Arcanine or Flareon fur, since they're so fluffy! ...And fire types, so no shortage of warmth there, although it might take more than one pelt from a Flareon for a good mattress or blanket.

With the neck fur I'd think they'd make a better self stuffing pillow.

Lunarsun Only in Akumu Academy does a conversation ...turn towards a pokemon's death. Everyone loves a brutal Pokemon death!... wait. Also, hello lovelies! I've been a bit in-and-out-- bit of trouble when it came to settling down in my current abode, though I think things are finally stable. As dear Grey has hinted at, we're working on a way of speeding up battles. Unfortunately, this involves math, and even more unfortunately, I'm the one who has to handle it, as Grey's even more stretched for time at the moment than I am. Rest assured, I will punch as many numbers in the face as needed. I hope everyone's new year has been wonderful so far!

I wonder if that means more ....damage at one time, or if that means ....more powerful attacks?

Lunarsun I wonder if that means more ....damage at one time, or if that means ....more powerful attacks? Wouldn't one be part of the other? More powerful attacks would naturally deal more damage per hit. Although it was mentioned previously that the whole miss each other for days (literally) thing would be poked at, so it might be more that they're shortening the time spent by letting us or the enemy hit more often rather than stat or move buffs.

Not quite, making attacks hit for more ....would be like adding more of a bonus to moves like Tackle. Having more powerful moves, would mean that you are more likely to come upon pokemon with moves like Chip Away for starter moves instead of Tackle. Both can be the same, but then again, both are not the same.

I didn't even think of movesets being tweaked with egg or move tutor moves.
