Noira leaned back and crossed her arms "I'll leave finding a teacher up to him," she told Chilia. She knew that Vincent constantly fighting her wouldn't help much since she was on a whole other level than he was. She could understand them sparring occasionally but relying on her to get stronger wasn't the best option. She closed her eyes for a moment or two as she seemed to be thinking about something.
__________________________________________________________ Chilia looked at Noira "by himself huh" she muttered as she closed her eyes again "i hope he can find one..." she said to herself. despite she close her eyes she was still awake and wasn't going to sleep again, as she wasn't going to be rude and sleep in front of someone when they were talking, but she would close her eyes so she could just focus on the sounds. she would open on eye to see Noira closing her eyes and thinking, or something it was hard to tell "something on your mind still?"

Hearing Chilia, Noira shook her head "It's nothing," she replied. She had recently gone into Death City and felt something was off. She wasn't sure what though. She just felt on edge every time she went into Death City now. Occasionally, like now, she would think about it again and wonder what that feeling was and what may be causing it. Maybe she was just on edge from knowing that the battle with Atlas was coming up...

Noira finally opened her eyes and looked over at Chilia, deciding it was best to blow off whatever it was that was bothering her for now. "I'm going to have Scratch do some investigating on what the DWMA knows. I may also ask Miles as well to see if he has heard anything or if any of the students besides a choice few know. Part of me believes the best way to go about this would be to attack at the same time they do that way the kishin doesn't stand a chance... with that we may need to temporarily ally with them if we want this issue to be taken care of quickly and cleanly," she explained. She didn't seem fond of the idea but it was better to go into battle with way more ammo than they needed than not enough. "So, eventually, I am planning on seeing if I can meet with Death and the Nightmare Witch to talk things over with them... I also want to find the other beings from that alternate dimension as well. I doubt Queen will be willing to give up her toy so it is probably best not to talk to her or her group and instead go to the other group I have heard her mention... So I need to find out where they are..." Noira stopped talking then as she realized she was just voicing her thoughts allowed now. Obviously, she was still planning it out. She was determined to not lose to this kishin and was willing to join forces with groups she was not fond of in order to ensure victory.

"do you think Death will even have a meeting with you or the witch...we do have bad blood with them" she added before sighing when she said she needed to find the other other worlder's "yea but...can we actually distract her if she is someone we need to worry about...if she chooses to not ally she could ruin any future plans we have" she said sighing she knew noira had a point and chilia at this point was just trying to be the voice of reason even if it was not the best time for it.

Noira smirked slightly "They will have to... we all have a common enemy and if they know as much as I do about Atlas, they will want as many powerhouses on their side as possible," Noira explained. "And we don't tell Queen anything. We don't need her catching wind of this. She already knows what threat that kishin poses... she doesn't need to know when we will attack him," she explained. Queen went to the future as well so it was obvious she knew someone was going to try and kill Atlas. Many people that did go to the future had a reason to after seeing what trouble he caused so the least she could do was keep the time and place they would kill him a secret from her.

Noira leaned back some more and placed her hands on the ground to hold herself, her gaze shifted up to the black sky above them "I need to collect enough info from multiple directions... then I will go to the mansion and request to see Death," she explained with a neutral expression. "If you don't mind, I'll most likely have you come with and Scratch as well..." she stated.
"If we're being real here, you should probably take me along as well." Vincent stated, before opening his eyes and dismissing the veil of energy that wrapped around him. Upon looking at the boy's body, one could see that the wounds he had sustained were nearly healed, save for the arm Mirai had burned. Sitting up, Vincent stared at the two of them. "I mean, you and the blackwings have a bad reputation, you kidnapped my sister, helped my father taker over the city and stole Shira's lines as well. Chances are, the moment you enter the city and make your presence known, you're going to be attacked and while I doubt you will be taken down easily, you will be in for the battle of your life." Vincent was able to hear their entire conversation as he healed. "However, if you bring me along and have me speak with Lord Death first, stating the purpose for our visit and such. I believe that I could persuade him and mother to listen to you. That would be the best course of action. The path with the least amount of bloodshed and violence."

Game Realm - Still being a Game Master this realm still exist to her own doing. It sends herself, allies, or the enemy into this realm to fight , only for the purpose so outside surroundings won't get damaged.

Game Rules - This takes half of her speed and strength away from this move and it can only work in the game realm. It allows Rubia to sent upon one rule before they can fight, but it isnt like death or getting curse, its way different then that. She can only choose from these three rules and she also has to follow them no matter. -1. No miesters< this means if one of them is a miester or multiply they are sent back to the real world and they have to wait.> -2. No ablitites or Powers< That means straight hand to hand combat, basically the test of strength.> -3. One must stay, the others go< Between her enemies they have to decided when one gets to stay and fight her and the others will be teleported back to the real world. >[Only 1 rule last 2 post, but recharge is 5 posts]
IDWW Form - From once a Indepent War Weapon, weapons that don't need a meister to fight strong opontents, she has now become a Independent Demon War Weapon. and with that gaining a new form, that gives her more speed and defensive then ever before.

Queen Army Upgrades - With her army dead and gone for good, what remains is what they give for her. In meaning 8 pawns, will give her 8+ Intenggliance , 2 knights so 2+ gives her natural strength. 2 bishops = 2+ speed,2 Rooks = 2+ defensive, 1 king = If she dies she will be revive on spot after[6 posts of another person has past]
Satan's Mirror - It spawns in a mirror infront of the oppenent and once they looked into it and see thereself, they fallasleep and have to fight themselves order to wake up.(If Mirror gets smash before finishing themselves they would wake up, as well also if the don't finish under a certain about of time(4 posts) they wake up, recharge is 10 posts)
Float - Simply what it means she can float thru the air not fast like flying but float.
Queen Roulette - It Summons a bunch of swords around her, meaning more than 1 but less than 700 swords around her, and with a tick and tock(random number between 1-700) that's how many swords attack that person(last 2(one for starting it up, one for swords attacking), recharge 6 posts)
ShapeShift - Basically what it says she can shape shift into anything(last 1 post, recharge 2 posts)

In her room, changing things up and returning from her own game realm finialy after such a long time, Rubia had gain a her demon form, now she wouldn't feel the odd one since she was a human when joining this group.Man, I'm hungry I wonder if there is anything good to eat in this place.She said as she went into her sealed appearance. She knows three others are outside talking but shes not the one who likes to interrupt others while they talk. Even being there for such a long time she sometimes gets lost here and then, but finially arrives to the kitchen to cook or grab a random snack to fill her belly.

Noira's gaze shifted to Vincent as he seemed to have recouped enough to break the trance like state he was in. She listened to his suggestion before sighing "You can come if you prove you are able to not let your emotions take over. You speak your mind a lot. While that can be a good thing, one wrong move and you will do me and our team more harm than good by coming," she explained. She didn't mean it in a offensive way, she was just thinking over the best way to approach things. She glanced at Chilia as she asked if they didn't corrupt him. "I don't have those sorts of abilities... nor do I want them," she explained as her gaze shifted to Vincent again. She paused for a moment or two as she thought through both what Vincent and Chilia said as she stared at him. She ran a hand through her hair "Learn your own way of fighting then before we go to meet them, we will spar. How you do will determine if you go or not," she told him. Her gaze shifted to the fortress for a moment as she felt the presence of another Blackwing member before her gaze went back to Vincent.
Hearing Chilia, Vincent would sigh, "I am here of my own free will. Miss Noira came to me and proposed that I join you. This is something I chose. I've already made that perfectly clear to mother and the rest of my family." he told her before focusing on Noira. "Just because I showed an unsightly part of myself in our spar, that doesn't mean that's who I am all the time. Besides, my mother raised me to speak with proper etiquette and politeness, towards my elders and such. I am fine." As Noira mentioned another spar, this time, as a test to see if he would be able to go with them or not, Vincent would simply nod. "Oh, don't worry. I've already begun my preparations."
