If Sakura had known Shiro's current train of thought, she would have laughed out loud. It was too funny! But alas, she had no idea, and couldn't for the life of her, translate what the blank look on his face meant. But Yuki perked up when Shiro told her that he would teach her the Bunshin no jutsu.
"Mitekudasai."
She saw the hand seals for the jutsu, and quickly memorized them. This was really exciting. She could actually see her bunshin for herself now! It would be really cool to have a bunshin of her walking around. It was too bad that Shiro didn't use any chakra in his demonstration, but that would be something she would have to figure out for herself. There were two ways to do this, she had read somewhere, but for now, what Shiro demonstrated was clearer in her mind, so she would use that set of hand seals. Now to use chakra...
Focusing, she stored her chakra up and made the handseals, gathering the rush of energy and trying to convert it into a bunshin of herself. Closing her eyes and hoping it would work, Yuki pushed her chakra into the seals and then relaxed. Opening her eyes again, she gasped. There was a perfect bunshin right next to her! It had been her first time, and yet she had made it work! All the chakra molding among other things had really paid off it seemed.
Dispelling the bunshin with a tinge of reluctance, Sakura got ready to try again. Hopefully things would work out alright this time.

ღ Dropping to the ground suddenly and unexpected, the boy reached out for his ankle, a sharp pain just above his foot. Takami couldn't remembered exactly what happened as it happened so fast, but he remembered the girl getting down to the ground, looking to do a spinning kick or something of the sort, and then the next thing the boy knew he was on the ground.
And she had the audacity to call the boy careless.
The Hyuuga's left hand rubbed against his right wrist, he had placed his arm behind him as he was falling, absorbing most of the shock from the Uchiha's stupid mistake, hoping not to have broken anything. Nothing felt to be wrong, thank goodness. Takami could just imagine his mom seeing him with a broken bone, running up to the school and giving Rinkou one of her 'stern lessons.' The brown haired boy knew that it would be best to save his aquatint from the torture of having to listen to one of those. Though maybe he would keep that in the back of his mind if he ever wanted to get revenge on one of his fellow classmates...
Sprawling out on his back, the boy placed both of his hands behind his head, a hint of a smirk tugging at the edges of his lips. His eyes meeting the ceiling and then searching for the dark pair of his partner, Takami opened his mouth to speak, but then quickly closed it to make sure that he phrased everything correctly so that he didn't give the incorrect connotation to his words. "Rinkou," He started with her name, it was always polite to address an individual by their name. Right? "I believe that know neither of us are in any position to critique the other for carelessness" The byakugan user stopped on the last word, drawing it out to give it emphasize.
With that, the Hyuuga was up on his feet, the words of the girl asking him to avoid her stomach ringing in his ears. He got on his best mad face, his eyes dead set on his opponent and his jock looked sternly in it's place. Pulling his arm back, the boy spun to give the effect that he was going for a spinning back-hand, and giving an even greater effect that he wasn't going to stop. At the last second, the boy pulled against the momentum so that he was just in front of the Uchiha, looking down at her. "I think we should take a break and rest for a bit now," Takami smiled giving her a playful hit on the shoulder, not very hard, but hard enough to let the girl know that he was stern about them pausing for a bit.

One moment he was trying his best to pacify some woman he'd had the misfortune of bumping into and the next he was...floating! The transition from standing to being held aloft was so sudden and abrupt that for a moment there he couldn't feel the ever present weight of gravity holding him down. Then the moment passed he was able to more clearly grasp his situation and things rapidly went down hill.
Shikakuya's eyes widened to the size of watermelons and started to roll back in his head. His mouth dropped towards the ground a strange keening sound came from his throat. In fact his whole face stiffened right in the middle of an "OH s**t" moment or OSM for short. His mind just could comprehend the sudden appearance of the wide-mouthed demon who had somehow snared him while he wasn't looking.
There wasn't much he could do, let alone do at this moment. And he tried, very hard to form some sort of coherent that but all that he could get out was a weak...
"O-oba-yokai!"

Still retaining some of the excitement from before, Sakura decided to try again, this time in a mix of anticipation and a small ounce of pride. But of course, that was shattered in her second try, when she was distracted by a small yelp that sounded like it had been from far away. Concentration broken, Yuki dropped her arms and listened for any other sounds. It had sounded quite strange, but she dropped her curiosity quickly. She had learned that it was best not to question anything that happened around in this Academy, since it was best to stay quiet and alert for any surprises that just seemed to pop up out of nowhere all the time.
Getting back to her work, she tried the hand signs again without chakra, just so that she wouldn't forget. Sakura didn't want to have to ask again and bother Shiro, so she would just repeat it over and over again until it was natural for her to form the seals. Pretty soon, the seals became a breeze, and she congratulated herself on her small success. After all, the chakra molding was important, but remembering the seals were important as well.

Gladly accepting the self-explanation that she 'didn't need to mind because it wasn't happening to her, at any rate', Sakura lost interest in the noise as it didn't seem to be an important thing anymore. Besides, if she had heard it, then someone else like one of their instructors would have heard it too. It the paranoid shinobi didn't check it out, then she didn't really feel the need to, since they would have deemed it unimportant. And if it actually was of any consequence, then they would go over and solve it, and voila, problem solved. Though there was a tiny part of her doubting her reassurances, Yuki brushed it off. Right now, she needed to concentrate on creating a bunshin, not what was happening around her.
Thinking of what she had done before, Sakura tried following what she had blindly done at her first lucky try, trying to see what exactly she had done right, and what she could do better. It just seemed to be a matter of correct application of seals and a good amount of chakra and control. With a small sound, another bunshin came to view right next to her, a perfect replica once again. Feeling a little proud of her work, she smiled as she faced herself. It was a strange feeling, to be able to see oneself moving freely about, instead of just a reflection in the mirror. Reaching out, Sakura attempted to touch the mirage, and her counterpart did the same. But just as their hands touched each others, she was startled when it vanished at contact with a small 'poof'.
Sakura hadn't expected that, backing away a step before scratching her head a bit. So they weren't quite tangible, and thus wouldn't do much to help with physical things. That was such a shame. She was planning to use it to do chores a lot faster when she got home, but she supposed that was too good to be true. Sakura really wished there was a way to make their bunshins solid. Wouldn't that be great?

Starting to get a hang of it, Sakura attempted to try the jutsu again to comfirm what she had just witnessed with her own eyes by making another bunshin of herself. However, it seemed her enthusiasm got the better of her as her hasty attempt messed up her concentration and created a strange, unrealistic and weak looking copy of herself. It immediately crumpled to the ground and stayed there, as limp as a rag doll. This was an... interesting twist in her training. Sakura didn't know whether she should laugh or cry. Certainly, it had revealed another part of the bunshin technique, but she would have to make sure that the bunshin would actually work before trying out her previous test to satiate her curiosity. Nothing but the best would do in order to confirm every little nook and cranny of the characteristics of this jutsu so she wouldn't be taken with surprise in a real situation. After all, no one knew what could happen in those situations, and even a slight fraction of a second's hesitation could make her vulnerable to others.
Just like before, she dispelled the bunshin, but still maintained a happy disposition, as it was still working out much better than she had thought it would. After all, it wasn't all the time that it worked in practice, and she would just have to keep on going with the lesson until she had it down correctly. Then, and only then, would she use it in the field. But for now, practice and patience was the key.

Canceling out her other attempt at the bunshin in her head and trying to visualize the correct form, Sakura focused, but that silly failure kept coming back to her and was making her grin slightly. It wouldn't do to purposely make another failure, but it just kept coming back to her head. Blaming her overly curious brain, she concentrated, and make the seals, but it seemed she was in for another failure. Ah, well. She wasn't really expecting anything else for the lesson, and besides, it wasn't like she didn't have time.
Glancing at the failed bunshin that had, again, collapsed to the ground, she touched it with her finger, before it went away with a poof. So even if it was a failure, it still meant that it was only acting as a mirage of sorts. Maybe this could be useful later, but for now, she needed to focus on perfecting the jutsu so she could hurry up and graduate already. After all, Shiro was supposedly done with all his curriculum, which might mean that he wouldn't come to the Academy anymore, and who knew what would happen to him once the day was over. Personally, she hoped they'd be put together, but then, with him being advanced and all, she didn't know what to expect. One thing was for certain though... she'd need to hurry up and finish this blasted jutsu once and for all!!

Although she really did want to focus on the jutsu that she was doing right now, it didn't seem like Kami was on her side today. With another failed attempt, Yuki sat down and decided to rest a while before attempting to do anything else. Her thoughts naturally wandered while she looked like she was deep in thought, a feat that she had achieved during the long and boring meetings. First was about what to improve with the jutsu, since her first tries had mostly been beginner's luck, and a bit of trial and errors. But then, the flow started to include thoughts of her classmates, their sensei, and eventually, to the festival.
Oooooh the festival. It was supposedly an event only for those who graduated and were Genin, so technically speaking, only Shiro was allowed to go, if at all. Festivals were supposed to be so much fun, but Yuki had never been to them recently, because of the lack of festive cheer due to it being wartime and all. As much as she would like to go to this one, no one except for her parents would take her, and even that was a bit murky because they were both away for such a long time, and it was fully possible that one of them, or both of them even, could be pulled out for duty again. Frowning, She looked over at the others, wondering what they were doing at the moment.

Sooooooooo bored. There was nothing to do while Sakura waited for the small amount of chakra to build back up again so she could practice. Amaya and Akeru-san were busy with something over there, and Shiro looked preoccupied too. Sighing, she contemplated on trying the jutsu until she dropped, but then, that didn't sound like such a good idea. But the chakra took forever to build back up again. That, and they'd done so much with using chakra that she was plain tired. And bored. Oh, and she mention she was bored? Standing up from her seat, Sakura walked over to the window where it was showing a small sunset. It was getting darker, but this final appeal of color and light before it became dark was stunning in it's own way.
'Red, orange, yellow, purple, and a tinge of blue...' she thought as she looked at the pretty colors in the sky. The sun was now half way down in the horizon, covered by the enormous trees around the place. How she wished she could run away and enjoy the sun right about now... But shaking her head, she dragged a seat and fully occupied the windowsill, watching the giant orange globe of light decend slowly, changing the sky from a clear baby blue to a fiery red. They would have to hurry soon before it got completely dark,which wouldn't be fora few hours yet, though. Gently, she put her hand on the glass and pushed it open. The still warm air filtered in, with a delightly pine smell that only Konoha could give; the old, yet new and refreshing smell of trees and nature. It was one of the things that had been passed down through the generations, and now living proof of the Senju's mighty powers and strength. How she wished she could jump across those sturdy branches like the other nins did. She wanted to learn, to know. But first, the bunshin no jutsu had to be finished. Yuki sighed as her train of thought came back to square one. Oh well. All the better motivation to rest up and finish, right?

Pakku leaned against a wall, also resting and watching the sunset, as Chisana laid in his lap and he gently pet her. "Sure is nice to rest for a minute huh girl?" He said with a smile as he looked down from the setting sun, however he quickly bored of it. "On second thought, howabout we spar somebody?" He asked with a grin, and Chisana pipped up her approval with a happy bark. Grinning he looked up from her and scanned who was avaliable, so far it only appeared that the pink haired girl was. She would do. "Hey, Sakura?" He called out to her, not entirely sure of her name. "Wanna spar, hand to hand, taijutsu only?" He asked her. "No jutsus, no weapons, just our fists and legs. Oh and teeth in Chisana's case." He added a moment later.
Sakura dearly wished someone would come bother her and break her out of this boredom and the seemingly endless waiting that was involved with trainings. Doing and practicing the jutsu themselves wasn't too bad since it was actually quite fun, but waiting was the worst part. If only she had a ton of chakra to use in her arsenal so she'd never have to wait for it to fill up again. Maybe in the future, but for now she'd have to go through what everyone else did. It was just then that her knight in shining armor came to her and broke her out of the land of boredom.

Nodding her yes and showing her consent, she became excited. This would be her first spar ever, with anyone. But if there was just one thing that nagged at her, it was the dog. If she was going to spar with just one person it would be hard enough, but... two opponents would be a hard challenge, and she didn't know if she'd quite make it. After all, she was a nin-dog for all purposes and they were known to be pretty ferocious in battle.
Eh, it was just a spar though, and winning or losing wasn't that important when it was just a simple match between classmates. Shrugging, she led the way to the outside of the Academy where they had been practicing hiding in the cloaks just a while ago. Pausing, she waved her hand in the general direction of Chisana and asked Pakku if he was going to add her to the battle for this spar. If that was the case, then she'd have to be fully prepared to take on both at once. Oh boy, this was going to be fun!

Pakku stood up as the girl accepted his challenge, and Chisana stood by his side. "Chisana's my partner, we fight together, or not at all." Pakku said as he punched his fist, psyching himself up. Meanwhile Chisana stood by his leg, growling, but it wasn't so much of an angry growl, she was doing the same as Pakku and psycing herself up. Niether Pakku nor Chisana really had a fighting stance, as they'd yet to learn any of the Inuzuka techniques. When this schoolday was all said and done that's what he intended to do.

By now he'd decided that being sent off as a replacement was not a good idea. In fact that was his least favorable option at this point. His number one of course was to be assigned to a new squad. formed by his classmates. As he lounged around in the class room something did manage to spark his interest.Wanna spar, hand to hand, taijutsu only? ... "No jutsus, no weapons, just our fists and legs. Sakura prepared herself and looked at the two, who were all pumped up and ready to go and spar. It was a welcoming sight to see the two having fun and all, but... she really didn't know if she could take on both at once. It wasn't like she had done this before, but only watched it from far away, and she wasn't really all that confident in her strength as she was slightly behind the others in that respect.
Her knight in shining armor came her way though, as Shiro stepped up and joined the fray. Apparently, he was still ready for some action.
"Yare, Yare Pakku. Where's your sense of honor bro? I'm going to have to step in here and even out this fight, or else there's no way that I can live up to the name of Tobirama."Gods, she would have to thank him profusely once the spar was over. This was now an even, balanced out fight since it was two on two, and actually gave her a chance to win. Until a moment ago, she was just trying to resign herself to losing badly to the duo and just taking it as a chance to learn the basics of what a spar was in a hands on battle. Out in the field, she simply slid into a -rather cocky- ready-stance, which she really didn't realise was so. She was only following what she had seen around the dojos, so for all needs and purposes, this was the norm.
"So, how should we go about this?" she asked the two, wondering if they had a specific idea as to how they would organize the spar. After all, they were much more knowledgable in this than she was anyway.

Pakku punched his hand into his fist again, two versus two was just fine by him. "Fine by me." He said with a grin. With the pieces set Pakku and Chisana collectively charged their two opponents. Pakku went for Shiro, while Chisana focused in on Sakura. Pakku's attack was simple, as soon as he closed the range he jumped and launched a punch at Shiro. Chisana meanwhile was being a little more creative, she threw the entirety of her, admitedly small, body weight at Sakura's legs, trying to trip her up. All told it was still a very straight forward attack from both of them, they didn't think to heavily when it came to tactics.
