(Nors your over your limit of copies you can create. For fighting sake I'm counting your chain as another replica since it is a weapon and not apart of you. which means with 10 chains wrapping her, and presumably ten replicas Lillian copies to weild them, then another 5 replicas trying to hit her with melee, also I assume each with their own chain. Then you have your last copy off with the landmine. So thats 31 copies you currently have out, and your only allowed 17. So no thats not going to work.)

It was Akira. " Akira...were you there this whole time?" she asked but stayed quiet as she looked at him seeing that his eyes on Lotte. Olivia took off her head phones and went over to the bag that was still on her bed and placed them in. They'd be getting in the way if she had to start fighting. And now Olivia's main weapon were shown. Although her earring isn't known to be a weapon by anyone other than Akira and herself. She gave a sigh and stood in between Tosen and Akira only watching .  Akira didn't open his mouth to answer her question, just slowly nodded as she went to put her things away, properly getting herself ready in case of an attack. He watched as a student (Jungo) kept hitting the cacoon repeatedly. That was obviously not a good idea, but it didn't seem to be doing any real harm at the moment, so he refrained from getting involved right away. He looked to Olivia, then to Tosen. "have either of you tried moving him?" he asked. Though he figured they naturally would have all ready tried this. After all why would you leave a potentially volatile and otherwise unknown entity in the infirmary? which housed not only sick students but the means to treat them as well. If this place would suffer heavy damage it could leave the entire school highly vulnerable and weakened. So getting that thing out of here was just common sense and probably the first thing both of them tried seeing as they were both competent members of the Hazard Squad. Though he figured he might as well ask just to be safe.

I say this soley because I don't want you to be able to zerg rush people with dozens of clones all the time, and if you choose to do that then there needs to be a downside to it. I believe not getting to have your clones copy your weapon is a fair handicap.)

Akira glanced at her skeptically. "you were cautious about moving it, yet you've allowed this student bang on it like a drum this entire time? Have you even thought to think those two actions might be contradictory to each other?" he asked, clearly not happy about how they handled this. His thoughts about their competency were definitely skewed by this. He sighed and walked towards the cacoon. He wheeled the bed over so that it was adjacent to one of the infirmary's windows, then placed his hand underneath and attempted to flip the cacoon out of the bed and through the window allowing it to plumit out of the building to the ground below.which shouldn't have been to much of a problem seeing that the infirmary was only on the second floor.

(ok I have done the math here. With this restriction in place you are still able to have 8 clones, each with their own chain weapon. This plus your original means 9 on one. and this isn't like naruto where the clones disperse in one hit, you explicitly stated that each clone needs to be fataly wounded to be dispersed. So if your honestly trying to convince me that 9 armed fighters on 1 person is somehow unfair....FOR YOU! then I have to say that's a battle your not going to win. You need to get a little perspective here, you are NOT the one getting screwed over in this situation. You still have a huge advantage over your opponent. I'm just making it so its not unfair for whoever your fighting. If you want to have more than 9 clones the only trade off is that they can't have a weapon created with them and they have to fight bare handed.)

Tosen growled, listening in on Akira's questions and his whatnots. He snapped a bit. Listen Akira, no disrespect here, but give us a break. We don't deal with things like....that. We usually deal with people exploding with powers and going berserk. Not giant bags of...whatever it is. Okay? Tosen finished with a rather calm tone. He cleared his throat, his pipe still pointed at the bag. I can move it outside, but that's about it. The problem is I'm cautious. I don't want to really move something I don't have a word to describe. Tosen told them honestly, the giant's body blocking most of the light and view behind him. "We're four rings on a chain

Akira turned Tosen after throwing the cacoon out of the window. "seeing as this is Lotte you can equate whatever this form is to him going beserk. If he needed to warn you that something was going to happen, that makes it a hazard." he said not phased by his small rant. When he said he was just being cautious Akira's eye brow twitched. "once again you said you didn't move him because you were being cautious, yet you simply sat back and allowed this student to repeatedly strike it without doing anything to try to stop him" he said, pointing his sword at Jungo to indicate who he was talking about. "not knowing what your dealing with is not an excuse not to use common sense. If your going to commit yourself to one way of handling the situation then you have to actually commit to it. Don't try to act cautiously around it if your going to let others try to bash it open like a god damned cocoanut" he said, raising his voice a little. This is why he had appointed Noir as Vice Chief this year, he really couldn't count on Tosen at all. He let out a sigh and sheathed his blade. "someone go check on the cacoon to make sure nothing has happened to it" he said.

((Maybe if I was going against a normal person, it would be unfair. But considering I'm fighting against Cally J, who can manipulate the elements and Lucy's chain with wind, it'd hardly seemed like an equal fight. And not only that, but compared to just about ever other power house around, I don't want to end up being some Ineffectual Villain that everyone beats around and makes fun of. I understand that Lucy having seventeen armed clones seem pretty powerful, because it's suppose to. If she didn't, then she ends up being much less intimidating then I'm trying to make her. Not that it seems to be working anyways, since everyone seems to already harbor some hatred against her that makes them defiant.))
