Her hands became fists remembering the last time she was here, when Dai was on her very last string of life and Kein mourning over the lost of his wife-Fuyu. Yes, many sad memories indeed. Sighing she knew she had to continue. Her next stop was her favorite. The Hospital~

His hair sopping wet and his horns revealed in stark contrast, Haki sighed as he sunned himself on a rock "What is wrong with me....Jumping in water, fighting with teachers, getting drunk! I don't even like alcohol!" he grumbled and sat up, scowling as he crossed his arms and legs to sit as if in meditation. He glared up at the sky, trying to figure out a way to be alcohol free. Was it possible? He'd have to ask his mom...."...oh..." he paled as he remembered what had been said between him and Kyo about the man named Sypher. He grabbed his horns, feeling the little bite marks but merely groaned "She's gonna be so mad! So mad!" he burrowed his head into his knees and started to cry, terrified of his mother's disappointed expression more then being injured in anyway. She would look at him and sigh before saying "This is why you aren't ready to be a shinobi" and that was what would hurt the most. It would burn and Haki raised his head, tears streaking down his face "What do I do..." he mumbled, closing his eyes. He could feel the sake bottle resting against his back inside the pack and he swung around, digging inside to take it out. He stared at that small bottle and slowly began to hate it. He'd been a little hungover when he'd spoken to Kyo and Suzume, not understanding his own naivety and drunkenness. As Haki stared at the bottle, he started to breath hard and then turned and smashed the bottle on the ruins below his "Stupid! I'm so stupid! I hate this! I hate it!" he shouted, throwing his bag into the dirt as he did. He stood there, breathing hard, and the next thing that came to him hit him like one of Gin's attacks I'll never drink again! Drinking makes you stupid! It made me stupid and now I'm gonna pay the price for it! Maybe it does make us strong but I don't care! I don't care!!! Its a horrible, vile thing! he glared down at the remains of his bottle of sake then jumped down to where he'd thrown his bag. He grabbed it, threw it over his shoulder and straightened, breathing hard "I swear...I SWEAR, RIGHT HERE AND RIGHT NOW, I'LL NEVER DRINK ALCOHOL!! NEVER!!! THIS IS MY NINDO!" he screamed, expanding his chest to scream at the sky so much that it hurt. Then he turned and took off, headed for the dojo and some new scrolls. The ones he had now were useless.

He gripped his red hair in one hand and sighed, he didn't know if he could see Sypher again without the kage thinking he was aiding him! Sypher said not to lose his life over him so he wouldn't...he had to stay loyal to Kumo.

xxxxxxKyo jumped up on top of a ruin column, sitting there to read over his Inuzuka scroll, yeah this place was perfect for it but he'd wait for his student. He'd go easy since he didn't want to injure his student that much.

A black and red blur landed amid the destroyed ruins. Kein took a step to slow himself before he took a deep breath. He was about to go down a path he could never turn back from. He sat down with a sigh he needed to meditate.

He took another deep breath and held it within his lungs as he cleared his thoughts and exhaled. His mind wandered the abyss of his thoughts until they landed on the words that his father had told him sooo very long ago that had kept him from himself for so long," Son you can never let your fear consume you. Fear will lead you down a path you cannot escape from. Fear leads to anger, anger leads to hate, hate leads to suffering, and suffering will lead you to death. Be careful my son else wise you will find yourself where every other fallen Uchiha has."

Keins heart rate soared as he fealt it. The lingering chain of his fathers words. Each had transpired as he had said. Kein was afraid to loose his wife and when he did he was angry far more angry than he had ever been. That anger lead to his hatred. Hatred of himself, of the man that did it and deep down inside this village. This village failed to save her. His hate lead to his own suffering, his loss and sorrow for the death of his wife. He clenched his jaw in anger. It would lead to death. But not his own. He felt the burning rage seep up as his chakra cold and black seeped off of him and around him. This village would pay. His chakra was seeped with hatred and rage. But he restrained it now was not the time. His time would come.

After placing everything in its place, Apollo had come to the ruins as suggested by Kein. He had no idea what the man had in store, but nonetheless this meeting was warranted for quite some time. At one point Apollo hated Kein for his actions as a geinin, however, as time went on he claimed him as an ally and ultimately a close friend. If the man needed anything the blonde would be there to help him out. Appearing not too far away from Keins meditation point the swordsmen stood, clinking his three blades together and oddly while motion in the air. It felt good to be back home. "Oi Kein-san!" He called out, most likely breaking the mans concentration. The sight of the black chakra was weird, but Apollo paid it no mind. His own newly found golden chakra was no better than Keins black. "You called me here? Whats going on my friend?" He walked over, taking a seat in the grass next to the uchiha while doing a few hand signs. After touching the ground two hot cups of tea lay and he offered one to his comrade while picking up his own. "It's from Toad Mountain. Good stuff. Helps the body stay limber." Speaking while taking a sip, Apollo awaited the words of his fellow cloud nin.

Kein sighed as he took the tea and drank a sip. Kein took a deep breath and said," Much has happened since you have been gone my friend much indeed. I am not the same Kein as I was before you left and this is not the same Kumogakure." He took another sip before he continued, " Did they tell you. Fuyu Uchiha, my wife, was killed at the very gates if this village alone. Without any help of any kind." He tried to keep his voice calm and even but it faltered as black smoke trickled off his body.

Apollo listened to his comrade speak will taking a sip of the his tea. His ears couldn't believe what was said and he reacted in anger towards the thought. "Fuyuu?! She died!?" How could that have happened?! She was so strong! Just as strong as Apollo and Kein. Perhaps more powerful, so how was this possible. Taking a little time Apollo calmed himself, taking another sip of tea while looking over to the Uchiha. "I'm sorry my friend. It must be hard to deal with such a loss. If I had been here hopefully I could've given some type of aid..." His absence was becoming more and more of a bad thing it seemed. Kumo was falling apart at the seams and Shinobi were dropping like flies. "Is there anything else I've missed?" He uttered while looking down to his tea, thinking about things. Kinpaku, what was she doing this entire time?

Hard. That was an understatement as he looked around flashes of his memory reminded him of the section of ruins he had destroyed upon hearing the news of her death. Kein shook his head and said," Do not be. Her sacrifice went almost unmourned. With the exception of a few of the older shinobi they didn't even know her or even that that she died. You missed alot my friend. So very much. Tensions continue to build across the world. As long as I am here there is a certain level of animosity between Kiri and Kumo over events of the past which I wont explain. See I did much the same as you and left the village for a time to wander after her death. I met the Hokage. Killed my cousin, watched my younger cousin die, formed a personal alliance with Suna and returned to find the village the exact same way it was long ago. Stagnant. Shall I tell you the truth my friend?" More and more spoke spilled off of his body only to drift away in the wind as his chakra responded to his anger.

Such a tragedy this was. The loss of Fuyuu was saddening, extremely saddening. It was just like some time ago when the previous adviser, before Doki, had died as well. So much death in the life of a ninja and it was so hard to deal with. Apollo took yet another sip of tea whilst listening to Kein speak his mind and feel his animosity to the actions which had transpired. "I have no been completely out of the loop. In my leave I did feel the tension between the great nations growing. Soon there will be a war..and who knows who'll be caught in the crossfire." It was all so true. Who was there to trust in times of war? No one. Your closest friends could become enemies in the blink of an eye. The last time Apollo had dealt with war was back when he was a native of Konoha, a very long time ago. "It seems my senses of Kumo have been dulled some. If there is a truth then I would love to hear it." He said his response while drinking his tea. His beloved village, how much had it changed in the years? Was it truly what it used to be?

Kein nodded as he set down the tea and said," I am not the shinobi I should be. I want more and I know I shouldn't. I know I should be better than this more restrained but I cannot help but hate everything. I hate how far this village has fallen. I hate it so much." He clenched his fists as his shoulders bulged his armor clinked a bit. " I will not lie to you. I trust you more than anyone in this entire village. I am leaving Kumogakure. I will never return. I am going to kill the Mizukage or at least attempt it. I am going to Konoha to unite my family. I could care less about the coming war. " He reached up to his forehead and touched the cool metal headband that signified his attachment to the village. He laced his fingers around it and gently pulled it off his head before dropping it to his side.

So this is what it had come to? Great ninja like Kein even deciding to leave Kumogakure because of its state. Listening to his words Apollo knew how heavy Keins heart was. His felt exactly the same when having heard he had missions to accomplish for Cloud. It was all so..meaningless. He'd done so much for the village and only ended up not being paid properly for it. He was taken away from Suzume, the one thing that brought him joy thus far here. Honestly, there was nothing left for him here besides the woman he cared for. Sypher was gone and no one else besides Kein was extremely important in terms of friendship. No true bonds were made, so it was easy to sever them. "I have no intention of stopping your leave Kein. In fact, if it is what you feel right, then I applaud your actions. I too have been feeling out of place in Kumo. Feeling that this village is...too needy. It isn't as it should be any longer.: These were his true feelings. Because of the constant need for high ranking nin on missions Apollo had been sent off to accomplish things no other could. "Honestly, I too wish to take my leave and never return, however, before I do so I must speak with Suzume..I cannot leave again without seeing her. Once I've spoken to her and let her know of my leave..I'll join you on your quest." His reasons for leaving were different than Keins, but Apollo could be bound to this village no more. "We need a meeting place. Someplace far out of Kumo's reach where no Cloud nin would dare go."

Kein nodded and said," I am glad your with me in this. Its good to have a person I can trust at my back. If you can convince her to join us. She is incredibly skilled. Meet me at the old outpost. Its been abandoned for near of a decade not a soul goes there now. I must attend to my daughters.". He smiled glad to have a friend with him on this. But as he stood black smoke covered him and Kein was gone. Off to his apartments.

"Thrive in darkness...


In a flush of chakra and wind one lone figure appeared within the area known as the Kumogakure ruins. His gazes on the horizon's set visage, knowing and waiting for his little group to follow. The blonde was excited in more ways than one to see such pride within a Genin, but his lack of respect just didn't sit well. It was good to be overconfident, yet, even so, being such a way could lead to ones downfall. Thinking yourself better just because a little something extra is the easiest way to get killed in the world of Shinobi. Friends fell, enemies the same, but all and all you were destined to die if you couldn't cash the check your mouth put out. Just that simple. Either way Apollo wouldn't be one to kill the Genin. There wasn't a reason for that, but instead he'd show him just the gap in their abilities. Maybe that'd be an incentive for him to think wisely about his next set of actions.

His hand rested on the pummel of Waijimi, thinking about how exactly he should take this kid on. Hatake were notoriously known for their lightning based techniques, so he knew Rikio had to have a few of those up his sleeve. Wind blowing, hair going with it, Apollo stood on the top of one of the many ruined structures. The fun was about to begin~

His scarf was moving in the breeze as he walked. The main event had arrived. He could feel his presence. It was when he got to the center of the ruins when he stopped and stood there. His green eyes were shifting around the area. Rikio's hands feel to his waist where he quickly took out three shuriken that laid rest in between his fingers. This Apollo was a Hyuuga. A Taijutsu specialist, not to mention those eyes. He was not sure how he was going to deal with them but he would do his best. Up close and personal was how he probably liked it. Rikio was no the best at Taijutsu but he could put a little work in with his speed and his timing. He would proceed to tread waters and see what his opponent could must before he did anything really crazy. Looking at Apollo through his silver bangs Rikio only had one choice but to get serious. This was a battle of Hatake pride. The Hatake was not one to talk before a battle. He would rather his actions speak for him. The battle was ready to commence The hand that held the throwing stars left his fingers as he tossed them. They danced though the wind as the went to their target which would be Apollo. This was to get the juices flowing. Pulling a almost fresh kunai from his holster he would dash in a circle around his opponent. Measuring him while doing his task. The speed he displayed was not of his normal grade. When he was ready he would launch the Kunai to the back of this Hyuuga. It was time to get this started.
