A bit of history about the family: Kakek and Kasi have had a very odd relationship, they like each other very much. But they're not willing to admit that! They have competed all of their lives, thinking each other as jerks, ect. It's the drought however and times are hard and well when you find some one comforting! These cubs are going to be raised by both parents, around the cubs they are going to act pretty civil... however not around them not as much. Slowly they're going to grow closer however there will be future plans where they split but in the end they are going to be back together.
Kasi'wakia was born into a large family, and is a very competitive driven female. She loves being a soldier, and trains very, very often even in the drought. She was an apprentice to Kakek's mother, Azar, as a youth. She loves her family greatly, and can be quite affectionate, but she's less likely to show it – especially around Kakek - but she will dote on her cubs, but raise them to be strong
Kakek was born into a large litter and a large family. He loves his family and is very close to all of it. He is proud to be a firekin and is a hard worker however is a little laid back. He likes to have fun and at times is a little of a smoothe talker.

Meaning: Means "Fire Rage." in spanish

Appearance: Like in ref, colorist can totally play with more markings and colors to him

Personality: Head strong with a hot tongue, though when it comes to moments he's unsure hes going to win the battle, his fathers smooth talking comes out in his son. Having a way with words is something hes best at, well besides battle! A soilder through and through, though it seems with a poets tongue, making him a bit more prickly than most because he see's it as a weakness.
Any additional requirements that the family has: Stay in pride.

Name of SoA: Tifnu'Tirol
Meaning: Silent Song
Gender: Male
Appearance: Markings just like the father along his leg and shoulder and tail. White tail tuff and mane with white speckles on his shoulder and hind legs. He also has eye coloring like his father. He should look like the ref <3
Visual reference: Tifnu
Personality: Tifnu is shy in a sense that he doesn't say a lot to others unless he is very familiar with them or he has been around them for a while. He doesn't really speak up for himself and will more than willingly do what he can for the pride and for his family and is very fond of doing his part. Tifnu like his father is rather good-nature and rather curious.
Any additional requirements that the family has: Would love for him to stay with his family and the pride.

Name of SoA: Akaokela or Akaokeahi
Meaning: Shadow of the Sun or Shadow of the Fire. Both Hawaiian. The first name is my first choice, but I'm not sure if it would be okay though I double checked the name thread and it said names with Fire, Heat and Sun were okay. If it's not then I have the second one to fall back on. :3 Used this dictionary.
Gender: Male
Appearance: Kasi's white ears, base and jacket marking but also extending over to cover the tail as well in Kakek's light grey. Kibela's paint markings in the shade of grey used for the marking on Kakek's nose. Pale purple eyes--slight variance on Vahni's eyes. White breath and phoenix marking stretching from the shoulder to the back leg--variance of Kakek's marking. Black nose from both parents aaand.. stripes cause.. I like stripes. x3;;
*Note to Colorist: Actual design/positioning of the phoenix AND paint markings are open to cc interpretation and adjusting. I'd like the phoenix to be filled in either with the gradient as the ref or in mommy Kasi's vibrant red. Whichever looks better. Also the cub is male, though I know I colored him on girly lines. Sorry about that!

Personality: *Revised* Akao is like a rock. Perhaps a mountain would be a better description though. This kid is stubborn as anything and can't be budged when he's made a decision. Whether it's the right one or not he'll deal with whatever consequences his actions should bring upon him. Likewise, when it comes to a fight he's the sort of kid that, unless he has a reason to fight (defending someone else or something he believes in), he can't be antagonized into one.

Because he's the slow to anger sort who doesn't like to see others get picked on unjustly--and because of this tends to inject himself into arguments both verbal and physical--Akao ends up getting into quite a few scuffles daily and always seems to be getting injured. He'll take the bites and scratches in stride if it's necessary but he won't be baited by petty insults or anything of that nature. It isn't that he's a coward or that he's kind and he doesn't feel the reason he does or doesn't choose to fight is honor bound. Most of the time he just won't be bothered, but that isn't to say that he isn't particularly reckless or cut throat once you get him going, only that it takes very particular triggers to set him off. However, when Akao makes a stand it is always one that will make a resounding statement about who he is as a Firekin and whoever sets him off is more than likely going to be made to regret it.

Also Akao is a quiet cub, like really quiet. As in.. he's never spoken a word to anyone, ever (yet). It's uncertain as to whether he can and simply has made the choice to let his actions speak louder than his words or whether he physically can't. Either way it doesn't seem to matter because he seems capable of getting his point across even without words.

Of course, since he doesn't speak, he is rather mysterious and very difficult to get to know as far as being able to understand him on a personal level. This may or may not change in the future, though you can be sure if/when he does speak it'll be quite profound, wise beyond his years and/or startlingly witty as most would tend to assume that his lack of outspokenness stems from a slow mind which isn't the case at all as many would quickly discover.

He's not overly friendly and outgoing but not necessarily an a** either, Akao just wears a layer of stoic indifference and impassiveness towards most people and situations and it's the few that can make him feel anything at all that wind up getting under his skin (whether in a bad way or a good one is entirely up to them). He'll always show both his parents equal respect and affection and will be an unwavering support beam for his entire family. Lending an open ear to those who care to use it. Buuuuut.. it may certainly seem at the time as if he isn't paying any attention and couldn't care less.

Meaning: Navi for Lake and Spiral, so Spiraling Lake
Gender: Male
Appearance: See ref. His markings are made from both parents. You just have to use a little imagination to figure out where they were inspired from. The belly and muzzle are just a touch of random.

Personality: N/A. I prefer to build up personalities through RP and time spent plotting rather than to randomly throw stuff together on the spot.
Any additional requirements that the family has: He will be staying within the pride.
