ღ When Umi heard the word burning she quickly opened her eyes "I know a way" she said as she made a baby flame in the other hand while carrying on scratching hiro "see i can control the elements" she said with a smile.

Hiro continued to purr, though he had a serious look on his face. "Umi, how is it you have all the cool powers? I don't have any that I know of, let alone awesome ones like that. And that aside, I think it's probably a bad idea to kill the guards."

"aw fine how about we hurt them badly just for pay back and i can controle fire as well see?" markayus said as an orange butterfly showed up above his hand. "i can pretend its a rare butterfly or i can make it land on them and explode it on them and hurt them."

{Her purr is quieter now...Did I say something? Damn it, how do I keep upsetting her!?} Hiro started scratching Umi faster to try and cheer her up. "Well, I'm glad you agree with me on that. And I may have powers dormant inside me that I don't know of. I'm only 15 after all. That's young, even by mortal standards, but for a demon I may as well be a baby..."

ღ Umi kept having flash backs of her past as she took her hands back and backed away from hiro a little, she glared at her hands with blank eyes 'home,family.....i did nothing to be proud of' she thought.

Hiro's expression didn't change. He sat claser to Umi and wrapped his arms around her. "Tell what happened." {Is she telling the truth? I can't imagine her doing that...}

ღ Umi was still crying as she hated what she had done when she was younger "when i heard burning it all came back to me....when i was younger my parents loved me and i loved them although there was evil inside me waiting to come out i got treated badly at school beat up being called names one day my powers went haywire as i let them out and killed nearly everyone in my village my parents became outcasts and gave me away, that's also or mostly the reason why I'm here now...." she said as she remebered the screaming of the people and the blood she had spilled.

markayus frowned and said to them. "alright you guys are boring. i'm giving you back markayus" his head droped and after a few seconds he liffted his head and seen that the fire butterfly was out. "wait why is my butterfly out?" he quickly closed his hand and it disapeard. "um hey guy's can you tell me why i had my butterfly out?" he asked hopping they knew.

Hiro held her tighter. {She's not lying...} "That wasn't your fault, Umi. You were young, and you weren't in control of yourself. That was an accident, and the people of your village couldn't understand what you were, so they were afraid of you, and they shunned you because of that. But listen Umi, na matter what happens, you can always ask me for help. I care about you too much to let something that happened so long ago ruin our relationship. I'll always be here for you. I promise." {All this time I thought I had it rough not having a family. But she lives in the shadow of the belief that she ruined her family's lives...I don't know if I can help her through this...}
