Rex looked at her and nodded his head. He hugged her for comfort. "Again, I'm sorry about what happened. You didn't deserve this..." Rex got up and stretched slightly.

Rex made sure Emma was okay before he left. Then once he was out the door, he remembered Imogen at the Beach. Crap! I'm making so many mistakes lately! he thought angrily at himself. Rex began running in the direction of the Beach.

Rex brought Danny into the cabin to see Emma. She was shocked to see the condition Danny was in. Rex explained what was going on and told her that Danny needed to be in bed for a few days. He was bringing Danny to his cabin. Rex also explained the wuest would need to be postponed if they were getting one. Then, after everything was explained, Rex urged to Danny they needed to get going. So, they left to go to the Kratos cabin.

I walked back slowly and solemly back to my cabin. I understood Rex's point of view but he was scaring going so far about. I really was to young to understand what he felt. But I wanted to leave just as bad as him but I was to afraid to do it, unlike him.

Danny walked to the cabin "Hey," Danny said waving at her from the outside he lifted Kratos on top of his shoulders "Rex will come 'round and if he doesn't..." Danny thought for a moment "Well we can't let him leave we'll have to kidnap him..." Danny re-ajusted Kratos "Tell ya what you can hit him over the head and I'll tie him up deal?"

"Sounds good to me", I said giving a half laugh. I wanted Danny to hold me in his arm and tell it was going to be alright. I doubted he would but I still kept that thought.

Danny opened the door to the cabin "Are you OK?" Danny asked with concern in his voice. Danny walked up to her "So are you ok or would you rather have me leave...?"

Danny nodded "I will..." he wrapped his arm around her "Everythings going to be alright.." Danny held her close and let her sob on him. Danny felt needed making the blade lighter then it had been but then he imagined Rex the hatred Danny had for him. Those thoughts were what made the blade heavier the sword was now a gift and a burden. "Don't worry Emma..."

His big arms were warm around my tiny body. "I am scared of Rex, I shouldn't be scared of him, he's my friend, or at least he was." All I could do was sit there and cry I felt so useless. "He's starting to remind me of this guy I heard about. During the war with the titans about ten years back. Luke I think his name was. He had his body taken over by the titan lord Kronos because he had basically the same attitude as Rex does now. Funny though he was also a son of Hermes. He must not be a very good parent."
