(( I'm sorry guys! my computer yelled at me last night and I couldn't get back on =( ))  After a few minutes of walking, they made it back to the house. "Okay. I want you to go down stairs to the basement. You'll find a hospital-like table, I want you to lay there and wait for me." She walked into the house, setting the items down on the floor near the couch and walked into her room.  Lauren finished the omelet, "I'm really tired.. Great breakfast, by the way. It was scrumptious." She smiled slightly before turning her head back to her plate. She didn't know what was bothering her. Her entire body ached, she was tired, and she was slightly depressed. She leaned back onto Shinzo, resting her head on his shoulder.

 Daisuke did as his mistress told him to do and he went down stairs and saw the table she talked about and sat on the edge.

Shroud's smile soon faded at her words. "My master is dead..." He looked at the burned mattress and didn't say anything...

Shinzo finished his omelet and placed the plate on the table.
After that, he stretched his arm around Lauren, holding her close.
" The pain will leave soon, I'll stay near you until it does. "

Sam got her medical supplies and slowly descended to the basement. She got out a sack full of water, some morphine, and her utensils. "Okay.. You'll be feeling a pinch.." She got the needle ready for the I.V. and gently grabbed his wrist. She slowly inserted the needle, taking the needle carefully out so that only the small plastic tube is in the veins. She allowed the water to run into his veins. "Okay.. Here comes the morphine. You'll feel pretty high, just to let you know. You might even pass out for a couple hours." She grabbed the shot for the morphine and inserted it his arm, waiting for it to activate. Lauren sighed happily, "You don't have to, ya know." She looked up at him, feeling happy to have his warm arm around her. She felt safe with him there. She just hoped it stayed that way. Amber's heart sank as she heard his words. Her hair was now a deep blue, almost black, fiery form. She sat down on the floor with sad eyes. "I'm sorry.. I didn't know.. What about your sister? Couldn't we try to find her?" She looked up at him, wanting him be happy.

"Ok no problem." Daisuke never had a problem with needles, and the little pain of the insertion was nothing compared to pain of the past. He laid back on the table and waited for the morphine to take effect, after it did he quietly fell asleep.

" You know I have to stay here, Lauren. I can't just leave you."
He nuzzled her in a hug while laying in the bed.

Sam began to work quickly, yet carefully on the stitches. They were difficult to take out since they were in there for quite some time. She had to be gentle, snipping carefully at the ones in his lips. She gently pulled the stitches out of the holes. The scabs broke and a little bit of blood came out from them. It took her a good thirty minutes to get done with the lips. Then she worked on his eyes, which took even more time since there was so little room to move the tweezers around to cut the stitches. Then the ears, which were the easiest.
She was finally done. She used some peroxide on the wounds to clean them up. Now she waited for Daisuke to snap out of his sleep stupor. Lauren nuzzled back, smiling. "Fine.. You're too kind." She closed her eyes slightly, still tired. But she couldn't stay still forever. She got to the edge of her bed, and placed her weak feet on the floor. She stood up slowly, falling forward into the wall. She kept herself up by keeping her hands on the wall, before she moved over to the door. Her legs were shaking slightly, but she got the hang of it and walked slowly out of the door.

Daisuke woke a little bit later, feeling a little woozy. He opened his eyes and he did not see bars, but he could still feel them. "So, they're gone?" He said slowly sitting up.

Shinzo walked over and wrapped her arm around his neck.
" Where to? I'll take you where you need to go. "
He did not want Lauren walking in her painful state. She could possibly fall.

Sam smiled as Dai wakes up. "Welcome back.. Yes they are. It's going to take some time to get use to. But I'm sure you can do it. Can you open your mouth for me please? I need to check if we have to do surgery on your jaw.." Lauren blushed as she nodded downstairs, "I wanted to go watch a movie or something on t.v. If that's okay with you." She limped with him, sighing at her weakness. "Again, you help me baby-my way out of my problems."

Shinzo cradled her into his arms and slowly walked downstairs and laid her onto the couch, handing her a remote
" I have online movie selections so please choose whatever you wish. "
He sat on the couch, laying his hands on her shoulders.
" Let me give you a massage. "

Sam smiled, "Least your jaws aren't screwed up." She hugged him gently, "How do you feel? Do you feel light headed at all?" She sat on the edge of his bed, smiling widely at him. Lauren blushed as she looked at the remote, clicking on a few selections. She selected the Silent Hill one. She looked back at him as he had his hands on her shoulders. "Uh.. Okay." She laughed nervously, but leaned into his hands. She did need a good massage. That would relax her more.
