Sai climbed out of the water, leaning next to Kai during all the commotion. He was looking intently at his wounds, a hand rubbing his chin in thought. "It's as I thought..." he whispered, falling back and sitting, his hands crossed over his chests. "It was her, wasn't it?" he asked simply, his eyes still closed, his chin against his chest. He hadn't wanted to believe that that was what he felt before, but seeing the wound; he couldn't help but be forced to realize it. "She's on the loose... how could you tell her Kai?!" he yelled, lunging at Kai and grabbing him by the collar. "Didn't you listen to her when she warned you not to say anything?

Kai kept hold of Kaori's hand, not letting her touch him or see how deep the wound really was. His eyes narrowed upon Sai as he climbed out as well, also clad in nothing but a towel. He didn't respond as Sai asked him who did it, knowing that the male already somehow knew. He blinked in surprise and then felt his anger growing further as Sai suddenly grabbed his shirt. He grunted and then bared his fangs, releasing Kaori's wrist. "How could I not?" he shouted back. "She's been living with it for years, not having any idea what was happening to her! Don't you think she should know what's inside of her?! And if you're so high and mighty, aware of what was going on, then why didn't you come to help?!" Then he paused for a second, eyes shifting to Kaori and then back to Sai. "And what the hell were you thinking, taking her to the hotsprings in nothing but towels?! You were too busy harrassing her to help us?"
Kaori sat on the side, gazing in shocked horror at her blood covered hand. Then she looked back in utter confusion and fear, seeing the two male's about to go at it. She also saw Kai's hands clenching, only causing the flow of blood to increase from his right. "Pl-please stop!" she cried suddenly, closing her eyes. "It's pointless to fight each other! I.. I don't know what's going on, but you've got other people to worry about, don't you?"

[[nice fight scene, i must say. Close to brother and boyfriend going at it... I laugh. I don't want to stop this for even a second it's so good ><]]
Sai shoved the male back, hearing Kaori implore them to stop. "The reason I didn't come," he said through gritted teeth, "was because your sister didn't know; what if I had come? She would have came too, and then she'd have had to see everything. Besides," he said, looking away, "by the time i sensed it, it was already too late to stop anything," he said, clenching his fists. He was disapointed and ashamed at himself for letting such a thing even happen.
He looked back over at him. "It wasn't only me who wanted to come here," he said, matter of factly. "I gave Kaori-chan a choice once she found out; to either stay or to go. So don't go pointing fingures before you know the truth," he said.
[[please don't make Kaori offended by what he said o.O]]

[Haha, it's fine. ^^;;]
Kai kept himself from falling entirely over as he was shoved, but his teeth remained bared and he himself growling. "She's going to find out anyway, so why prolong it?" he muttered angrily, fists still clenched. He wanted so badly to release some of his anger on Sai, but Kaori being there stopped him. He didn't reply as Sai said Kaori had chosen to come, but it did bring the sudden memory of the hotsprings back home basically behing private. If he'd known her earlier, he could have snuck her in with him one of the times he had. He grunted and got to his feet, glaring hatefully down from his full height, arms crossed over his still bleeding chest.
Kaori bowed her head guiltily, still confused, but gradually attempting to figure things out herself. Mehgan wasn't here with Kai, but she wouldn't have injured him, would she? No, there's no way she would have done something like that. Kaori slowly stood as well, holding the towel tightly around herself as her face flushed red. She shivered in the cold after the hot water but tried to ignore it. "Will someone please tell me what's going on?" she asked quietly.

Sai stood up, too, being almost the same hight as Kai; he couldn't intimidate him that way. His eyes had stoned over, appearing meancing; time was running out, and Sora, no doubtedly, had met up with Mergex. He looked to Kaori, sighing. "Meghan... has split personality," he started. Within a few minutes, he had explained everything- from the first time he'd found out, to now- everything he knew was spilled out with those minutes. "The reason I didn't tell her, was because she needed to build up her strength first; she had to trust everyone around her so much that she could overcome Sora... but, something must have happened and all the trust was shattered..." he said, glancing over at Kai; what had happend in the room that night?

Kaori remained silent as Sai explained everything to her, feeling a bit overwhelmed by all this information at once. She stared at the ground silently, trying to sort through it all. Then she inhaled sharply and raised her head. "Well then, what are we waiting for? We have to help her!" Then she paused, shifting anxiously. "But... how do we do that?"
Kai grunted as he listened to everything, arms still folded across his chest. Then he snorted as Sai finished. "Sora has apparently been whispering into Meghan's ear for a while that we're all not to be trusted," he growled, tail thrashing angrily.

Sai shook his head. "I don't know how to help... she has to realize it on her own, or Sora will always be there," he said, frustrated as his hands clenched themselves in anger. His eyes shot to Kai, though, hearing his comment. "Kai, what else happened tonight? That wasn't the only thing," he said softly, trying to control himself. "Just hearing whispers from her aren't enough to break things like this; what happened in her room?" He continued softly, almost demanding it to be told.

Kai's eyes narrowed slightly. "Well, it seems you already know that I told her," he growled, glaring at the ground. "Before then another girl had been there, but I got her to leave when I introduced her to another friend of mine." Kai paused, trying to think of anything else that may have affected things. "We... had a short pillow fight," he admitted somewhat awkwardly. "We started wondering where you two had gone, and I mentioned running past you as we entered the dorms, but I'd forgotten she had been Sora then so Meghan didn't remember. So shortly after, I told her. She locked herself in the bathroom and Sora was talking aloud. Then when she came out, I thought it was Meghan, then she stabbed me and ran away," he finished, still glaring at the floor.
[I'm gone for the night. Sorry!]

[[damn it! Okay, i'll talk to you tomorrow!]] Sai listened, already finding a reason. When Kai was done explaining, he burst out again. "What happened with your friend? Anything at all that could make her doubt her instincts?" he implyed, wondering if it was at all possible the friend had said something without Kai knowing. "Did you guys talk about anything that may seem a little wierd, making her wonder if anything had ever happened?" he pressed on; he'd find out what happened if it was the last thing he ever did; he was like a brother to Meg, but was also her guardian in a way.

[I'm sorry! It was late... ><;;]
Kai bowed his head slightly, closing his eyes as he thought to himself for a moment. "Well, you could say the girl was flirting with me," he admitted, and then hastily added, "But I made no response at all! And I even pressured her into meeting my friend and she left with him. Other than that, I don't know... But I think she and Meghan were having a telepathic conversation that I was missing out on. Meghan was... looking a little nervous."
Kaori watched the two from the sidelines, listening intently but not understanding why they didn't talk as they moved. Didn't they need to get to Meghan and help as quickly as possible? She bit her lip anxiously as she shifted restlessly in place, tail flicking quickly behind her, but she didn't voice her thoughts aloud. She didn't want to interrupt their important conversation.

[[it's oki! Don't worry about it XD i stayed up a few hours after that... and my comp isn't working now o.O]]
Sai frowned, but looked over at Kaori. "Why... don't you get changed? We'll meet you out front," he said calmly to her; she was, after all, still in just a towel. AFter a moment, he turned back to Kai, eyes narrowed. "So, she had this converstaion in their heads..." he repeated, thinking about it. "I have a huge hunch it was because of that conversation and what happend in that room," Sai said, clenching his fists; if he was going to blame anyone, at that moment, it was Kai for sure.

[Why not? =.=]
Kaori raised her head suddenly as Sai spoke to her. "But-" she began, but then paused and shook her head. "O-ok..." she murmured and slowly headed towards the female's changing area. All the while, she kept glancing at them over her shoulder until they were finally out of sight. She went back into the room, lifting her sword from her clothing and pulling it out of the box, just holding it for a second. I really hope they don't end up fighting, she thought anxiously as she began to get dressed.
Kai watched Kaori until she was out of sight and then looked back to Sai. "I had no control over what was said, or any idea what it was," he growled, fists clenching again. His right hand was continuously adding to the small puddle of blood on the ground beside him and a dark stain was steadily spreading across his shirt. But his sword was still strapped to his back, and he made sure he was ready to grab it out at any time, even if his hand was injured.

[[Iunno... i what i did. i just turned it on this morning and it came up w. that blue screen the one that says 'your computer has been shut down to protect your files' i tried like 10 times but it always came up >< oh and sorry. i was eating xD]]
Sai grunted before pushing Kai towards the men's changing room. "No use arguing it out here with me like this or with you dripping with blood," he sighed, a hand on Kai's back as they walked towards the dressing room. "How bout... we pick up this discussion another time... we're going to have to do some quick training," he said, glancing over at Kai as they stopped outside the door. "Mergex... and Sora... not a good combination. No doubt trying to get his father back, too," he said, a little frustrated.

[Don't worry about it! I'm in two threads at once again. xP]
Kai growled as Sai pushed him, then blinked as he found himself being led to the changing room. He grunted as the other male spoke, knowing he was right but not about to admit that. "We have time to train?" he muttered. He'd been expecting to just run over there right away. "And where the hell are Shepard and Gordon? Do they know about this?"
Kaori had changed back into her clothing, currently pulling on her jacket. Then she pulled her hair back into the ponytail and tied the bandana back around it before strapping the sword to her back. "You ok in there?" she murmured, patting the hidden pocket where Kei was. He stuck his head out and blinked sleepily at her, apparently having been asleep the entire time. Kaori smiled at him and then stepped outside, standing anxiously in front of the building as she waited for the two males to appear.

[[haha. it's oki. ack! Kaori-chan has two stars wink ]]
Sai shook his head. "Technically, we don't have enough time. But all the same, you guys said you'd need more training first, didn't you?" He stated, starting into the room and over to where he had put his clothes. "And, as for Shepard and Gordon," he started, pulling his undershirt over his head, "they probably already know." Although he hadn't actaully talked to the two too much, he knew that they could all sense each other; he didn't know how, but he really didn't care.
After a few moments, he had succesfully changed back, not saying anything else to Kai; it was rather quiet, actually. Monkichii, on the other hand, was no where to be seen. Sai cursed under his breath before sighing; he must have already left in search for her.
