The Heart Seeker That's what kind of makes me twitch about Bleach roleplays and Naruto roleplays in general. Because like, there are so many people that are "As powerful as this guy." Or "more powerful than what they actually should be." In the end, everyone is not so special. -.-; Hm...I agree. That's why my Vice captain, while having achieved bankai, this does not make him strong enough to defeat a captain with years of experience, besides he's like Rednal's character and is lazy. It's also why I made a human character with a power that isn't too powerful. I did that to make myself different.

I know what you mean Heart. Being really good should be reserved to the uppers, captain's in Bleach, Jounin and Anbu in Naruto, you know? I myself intentionally give characters flaws no matter their rank, I hate over doing it.
Example: Notice how Karume has like, no Kidou? She also went straight to Bankai against Kazei and her bankai is only a bunch of freaking water, it's got one kick a** move that I explain, in my profile, how to escape.

IGmangachick I know what you mean Heart. Being really good should be reserved to the uppers, captain's in Bleach, Jounin and Anbu in Naruto, you know? I myself intentionally give characters flaws no matter their rank, I hate over doing it.
Example: Notice how Karume has like, no Kidou? She also went straight to Bankai against Kazei and her bankai is only a bunch of freaking water, it's got one kick a** move that I explain, in my profile, how to escape. I like making flaws and quirks for my characters. They make them more realistic. Raiden's lazy, but that quirk plays into his combat. He never bothered to learn kidou and tries to finish a fight as soon as possible. The one thing I think more people should do in Naruto rps is give their Jounin/ Anbu quirks and awkward hobbies. If you've noticed, most of the jounin and high-ranked ninja in Naruto are all weird to some certain extent. Why? It's so they can cope with the actions and past events that have affected them. There's only so much the human mind can experience before we break and cease to be human. Kakashi deals with his grief, pain, and experiences by reading porn and visiting the memorial stone for two hours everyday to apologize to the dead for his past mistakes that he'll never forgive himself for. I wish people would stop trying to act all cool and show off how cool they are by being "tough guys who can deal with any mental stress." I do wish people would think a little more realistic.

I mean, power is fine and dandy, but they have to be used correctly to let story develop, else all it's going to be is just a large argument about who's right and who's wrong, and whatnot.

I hate godmodders. And I know godmodding, used to do it all the time. Although, if you got a good group of friends together who knew how to godmod correctly, one giant brawl is always fun. A couple of my friends did that over IM's once. They turned the fight and their characters into their own story. It was a long a** fight until they finally decided to end it.

*Sips tea* It's tempting to join in, but I have to stay In Character. Soul Society isn't in danger of being totally destroyed yet. ^^; So I get to watch. I like how this is approaching Epic, though...

Oh s**t... major plot point where I left my chari's right now and umm... I'm leaving for four days. I'm hopping on a bus at 3, right after school, going up to NYC and coming home late sunday... I won't be back till sunday night, like 10 ish, but more than likely I won't log on till I get home from school monday...
Oh crap... so sorry everyone, really am!!!!!! I'm trying to get Karume out but umm... yeah... I did tell Mt that, if needed, he could play defender and drag Karume out, but please, no one kill Karu, I've got plans and I'm sorry if this inconveniences peps... I would take my pc but, bad idea when there isn't a safe in my room and I don't trust my roommates...

Ok i need opinions. when you think of the battle thats going on in the soul society what comes to mind. I think we could have atleast had all the captains fight but, some people really don't want to fight. what do you guys think.

well two captains should be able to take on Ganga so Heart what about your character and maybe Hikaru's character fight him. we can pair off like that. I know Kazei and Soma will most likly fight.
