Jesse looked back into the rearview "oh no" he muttered. he then turned sharply. "Annie do you know where the nearest motel is?" he asked her.
Mrs. Sanders was following him. Tears in her eyes. She was going to have him one way or another.

Annie nearly screamed when she saw the car in the rear view mirror. Without thinking, she opened the door and jumped out before Jesse asked her the question. She stood in the middle of the road furious and all she could see was red.

Jesse planted the urge of no in her head. Makin her in the meadow with him once again.
Mrs. Sanders stopped the car and got out. "You can't take my Jesse " she yelled.

Annie blocked the image and Jesse's command. "He's not your Jesse!" She all but screamed at Mrs. Sanders. Tears were streaming down her cheeks. This was her happy life? And she thought her lonely life was hard. She planted her feet not wanting to step any closer to the insane woman. "Jesse doesn't love you like that! He's already told you! You can have a happy life with your husband! Why do you have to steal mine when mine just started!?"

Jesse jumped out of the car tears full of venom on his face. "Mrs. Sanders just go" he said holding Annie.
Mrs. Sanders got in her car and rove away.

Annie turned and sobbed into his chest. "I'm sorry Jesse! I just had to get it out! I had to! It's not fair that's she's trying to take my one chance at happiness! I've been alone for over a million years. But of course I can't tell her that....she's had life so much easier then I have..."

Jesse held her silent sobs shaking through him. "It's ok.." he soothed stroking her hair. "Everythings going to be ok" he kept whispering.

Annie found the strength somehow to push herself far enough back that she could look in his eyes. Tears streamed down her face. Her golden eyes deep with pain. She truly hoped that they could live happily ever after.

jesse smiled and kissed her... "I love you" he said softly. and then they were lit up by headights.
Mrs. Sanders came out of her car she pulled out a hand gun and pinted it to Annie. "I will have my Jesse" she screamed. "No One will have him but me!" she screamed.

Annie was speechless. This was not supposed to be happening. The tears that had begun to dry were replenished and she stared at the woman in horror. "How insane do you have to be! You're already married!!!" she screamed. The woman kept the gun pointed at her. Annie didn't know what to do. It wouldn't hurt her, but she couldn't tell this insane woman that.

Jesse put Annie behind him slightly. "Look I don't like you! I never did! I love Annie! She's my one true love! And you will never compare to her! She's perfect in every way! Unlike you!" he yelled at her. He was so sick of having this woman follow him, of having her breathe down his neck on everything he did. Also getting jealous of his love of his life. She was going to have get hurt. He had warned her long enough. She had to go. Before their secret was found out. Before she shot his g irl friend and she didn't get hurt one bit. He was so hurt by this, this woman was going to ruin everything for Annie and the other vampires, all because of him.
Mrs. Sanders was shaking her head. "You don't mean that Jesse, I know you! You love me! I can see it in your eyes! you love me!" she said shaking. "And this b***h is not going to take you frome me!" she said as she moved the gun to where it wouldn't even scrape Jesse. "She has to go! she's ruined everything! You and I were to fall in love, make love, and hold each other forever!" she had her finger on the trigger, her aim was perfectly matched with Annies' heart, In any second she would pull the trigger and her Jesse would see, how much she loved him, how much she cared. How much he wants her, and how much he always loved her but never wanted to admit it. "Jesse get out of the way! I need to kill her! She does nothing but ruin lives of people! She's the spawn of Satan and sh'e corrupted you with and hazyness!" she screamed.
Jesse put Annie even more behind him, however evrytime he moved her so did Mrs. Sanders. "Please don't do this! I love her! Her! Annie! Not you! Never you!" he screamed he was sobbing venom tears pouring from him, a reaction from both Annie and Himself. "I will always love her, And you will never take her away from me. I will die before I see you take her life." he screamed. he never wanted this. However it seemed the only way. He had an idea, although he could never explain it to Annie in time. He was goin to take the bullet and he was going to play , Have Mrs. Sanders think she killed ehr love, go away and never come back. Then he would wake up as soon as she left telling Annie everythind. Hopefully Annie wouldn't get mad at this decision. However it seemed the only way to end this. The only way to rid of their lives forever. Hopefully Annie wouldn't leave, He loved her too much for her to do that.

Annie clung to Jesse their tears forming a puddle at their feet. It had begun to rain lightly now. She couldn't believe this woman would be that insane. When Jesse stood in front of her, she almost had a panic attack. She didn't want him hurt in any way. She knew the bullet wouldn't hurt her, but she didn't know if it would hurt him. She couldn't have her happiness end forever in an instant if it were to kill him. Yet everytime he moved her to protect her, the woman did to, the gun aimed right at her heart. The perfect spot to kill her if she were human. She sobbed harder. Why me? she thought. She whispered into Jesse's ear, "I hate this woman! Why can't she leave us the hell alone!" Then the woman pulled the trigger.
