If a character starts out at academy student, but with a back ground sound enough, would he be able to have a start on a fighting style? or would be a more like a more trained punches and kicking? The styles of fighting are most listed under Taijutsu, or you could try to get your own approved via approvals. either way it's stats which determine whether you can learn a style, based on their requirements. You can learn anything you like so long as you've meet the requirements, which can always be found with the jutsu itself. was referring to this: if the character met the requirements of the taijutsu, would he be able to have it even if he was a academy student if i had listed it saying like his father had trained him in this, (Still working on the bio, for it is cheesy at moment), and that he was still under training even though he is enlisted in the academy? No, not for official style's which increase your stats like Gouken. You need to go through the training phases. I suppose you could say, since the requirements for something like Gouken are pretty basic, that you've been working on the style, but that you have to do a little bit more work before you master it. Then do the training stages. For gouken you'd be looking at Stage I: Strength DC 12. Punch hard surfaces with weights strapped around your arms. Stage II: Taijutsu DC 17. Punch through less hard surfaces without the weights. Keep in mind for training you need ten successful rolls above the DC to count per stage. stage 1 would be met for all physical requiremeants, because of how i made the character, but the second stage would need to be worked on for he doesnt have a lot of taijutsu still, i put it in a profile at stage one, out of both not sure if that was good, or bad, and sent it to the raikage i think that is how it is spelt. i suck at spelling as it shows here. Gouken's pretty kick butt for a fresh Academy student anyway, you'd be able to learn it by level 2 easy if you really want to shoot for it. You'll level up pretty quick if you go through and learn all the original academy jutsu, don't worry. my character isnt set up for regular jutsu, he has low chakra, ontop of low stats except for strength and dex

You are correct that all stats start out with 6 base points in them ^^ Stats however are the 'attributes', you could say, so Strength, Dexterity, Constitution, Intelligence, Chakra, Charisma and Wisdom. Then you have 20 more distribution points to distribute amongst the different stats as you please, as long as none of the stats reach above the stat cap. [21 for a starting out character] I would recommend heavily against even going for the cap though because your other stats will be heavily compromised XD (Unless you know how difficult it can potentially make RP and want to do it because your character is like that eg. super-strong, super-smart, super-cute... etc. at the expense of things like strength, wisdom, a chakra pool... Then I'll think that's awesome!) The list you've posted above is the Skills list and characters start out with 0 in each. If the RPC is helpless looking generally they would suffer a penalty to Intimidate. Something like -2 or -4. I would recommend to focus on the stats/attributes first before worrying about the skills. You've got 20 distribution points for the skills by the way.

I have only seen two sealing jutsu and that is making me kind of sad. =Why I asked is I wanted to make a profile all around sealing and barriers ( a defensive RPC ) So here is a nether question for you(all). The puppet system is a little meh but How hard is it to use when Role-playing ? It's meh, how so? :O Personally I would find it quite simple but I've been around for a while and I helped a bit with making it ^^; (though the bulk of the credit would go to Hoshigaki Hiru. I kind of just commented on it really.) There's in fact another guy who just joined (System of a Pwn) who is starting out with a puppetteer student character ^^ The Crew and previous member base didn't really know much/clamour for it so we don't have a large sealing jutsu list ^^; But if you have ideas for them we can definitely add them to the list. It would be pretty great actually since it's mostly a useless skill right now... and it would open up a lot of possibilities.
