"The only way we're going to be able to get rid of those things is light and lots of it." Kay said grabbing Pinky and spinning her around. "Go back to camp. Grab the others and as much s**t that create light as you can find. I'll find the chicken twins and make sure they're kept safe." Kay started walking toward the cliff face which lay between here and back into that hell hole. She turned back to Pinky, "Well, go!" she said shooing. Bending her knees she lept straight up, stabbing her daggers into the side. Tensing her arms she pulled up and kicked at the same time, propelling herself farther up the face. Using the daggers to keep her in place she jumped farther up. Getting ready for another leap, the rock face around her daggers gave away and she started slipping back down. "S**T!" Kay shouted as she stabbed the daggers back in and hung on as they cut down the cliff face finally coming to a halt. "Once this s**ts over you owe me a drink!" she shouted after Pinky, continuing up the face. Finally reaching the building she kicked out one of the windows and climbed in. "Does this com work? Bubbles? If anyone can here me, use whatever light you have. They won't go near it. I'm betting its because it burns their skin." Kay stated taking off down the halls.

Kimmi rolled her eyes as she tried to figure out a way out of the canyon. "Just how the hell does she expect me to get out of here on my own." She wondered out loud. "I could help you with that." Kimmi whirled and a gloved hand was slapped over her mouth. The owner smiled brightly at her, aqua eyes and bright blue hair, every inch of him was covered with clothing. "Miss me enough not to scream if I let go? I don't really want your friend there beheading me." Kimmi stared at him with wide matching aqua colored eyes and nodded. He removed his hand a motioned to the rock face. "I can help you." He said again.

"Where have you been? I looked everywhere, every town, every house, I found alot of people, but never you." Her voice broke and the man standing in front of her rushed forward hugging her tightly. "Come on there's a lift up the river a bit that will take us all the way to the top of the canyon. We can get to your camp then ok and help your friends." Kimmi nodded grabbing his hand as she wiped her eyes and took off in the direction he had indicated. They soon made it the camp and Kimmi grabbed everyone she could find as she jumped into the supply truck and started throwing out every light source they had. "There are things in there that are killing us off and don't like light. We have to get as much light as we can and get in there. So grab what you can and start getting down there."

'What going on?" asked Zack as he picked up some lights. he had his guns at the ready. he then saw the new person. "hey im Zack, who are you" he asked with a smile.

"I take it there is some trouble going on" guessed Zack as he followed Spencer and Kimmi. He then saw Spencers blue hair. "You two related or did you just go to the same hair dresser?" he asked wondering what all the lights where for.

Zack took the mike. and smiled "well lets hope this reunion dosent end in a funeral." he said. his own memories of his brother appered and his face got serious and his eyes grew cold. "Lead the way oh queen pink." he said trying not to let them notice his change in attitude.

"F**K!" Kay shouted into her mic, skidding to a halt. "Sorry about this..." she kicked the two scouts out of a nearby river and turned. She was completely blocked off by those creatures. "Come on you little b*****ds. Let's have some fun." Kay leaped from the circle of light the broken window had created and attacked. Their speeds were evenly matched, one of the creatures managing to slice Kay's arm. "Buddy move buddy." Kay stated right before she took his head off. "I need a status report now!" she shouted into her mic, dodging as another creature slashed at her. "Preferablly before these guys make cole saw out off me..." Kay spun and took off one of their arms, the smell of their own blood was all that was need to distract the. Kay jump over one and went running, the creatures behind her ripping at each other for their comrades body.

((I'm starting to think these creatures are the ones from the movie Pitch Black.))

"I've got a small group with me and we are coming Kay! Just hold out!" She yelled as she ran along the river ahead of the group. She was easily the fastest. "I've got the mic set to open for everybody, you'll know when we get there." She rounded the corner Spencer had indicated and got the lift up and running just as the rest of the small group with her jumped on. "Zack take a second group up when it comes back down followed by a third with Khana, be careful with those lights and batteries we need everything we can get!"

Before long they were at the top and Spencer took the lead Kimmi slowing her pace to stay next to him. He pointed to a broken window and used the fog light he carried to make sure it was clear. "Up and over Kim Kim, we'll pass you the equipment." She did as she was instructed. They quickly set up the lights and batteries they had. "Okay Kim Kim you ready to be bait?" Spencer asked her as he used a blue ribbon from his own wrist to tie a glow stick around her neck. "Is anyone?" He laughed a little as he turned her towards the dark hall. She pulled the tracker from her pouch and turned it on. "Your the smallest and fastest. Use your ice if they get to close and don't stop. Remember get their attention and lead them here, but don't stop even for a second. Those things are fast." Kimmi nodded and made sure she had the extra mics on her belt secured. "GO!" Spencer shouted and she took off down the hall in the direction of Fillup's blinking dot. The creatures following her as she moved out of the light. "Get those lights ready and the rest as well as soon as they come through the window. We need to be able to blast them as soon as she's in sight."

((FYI, Fillup and the others are on the 5th floor, underground))

Fillup kicked one of the life-less monsters, watching as its tongue lolled out "Damn things, what are they?" he asked, turning and narrowing his eyes to look at Sarg. They were surronded by the cat-beast, growling and pacing at the sight of the monstrous beast that lay dead.
Sarg held his hands up "Hey, I have no idea! They could be aliens, experiments, or somethin else! Don't look at me like that Fill, you know I wouldn't do nothing that would hurt any of us!" Fillup sighed, seeing the stress and anxiety on the old veteran's face.
"Alright, we'll leave that question for later..." he said, seeing Shadow, or at least he assumed it to be Shadow, standing before him "You going to help us out of here?" he asked.
Shadow purred "Yes, but you kill Goron warriors..." Shadow rubbed against Fillup, some of the other cat-beast doing the same to the other three gunners and Sarg.
