Zai finished, and put it in the sink. "Nope, it's good cold." She shrugged, and put her mask on again, today wearing a new slightly different one. "Kinda tired, like you. So what all ya and the kid do?"

"we went out to the old tower. I let the power of the moon take over this time. My other half of me finaly came out. I learned that i was half dragon the other day. And thats why i kept growing scales. Well i was struct by lighting out at the tower and now i can breath fire when i want and the scales come out like an armor to protect me just by thinking of it or by them selfs when im being attacked. I learned alot about my past while i was gone" Nightshade said as he drank some more water.

"Nice." Zai said, then walked past him into the dark living area with nice rugs and furnature, and motioned for him to follow with her hand. Falling down into a large chair, she kicked up her legs over the side and rested her head on the other side, looking up at the slowly moving cealing fan that cast a slight shadow on the cealing. "Kid was out cold, anythin' happen?"

"No. Maybye i scared him a little bit when i had to free fall. He might have gotten scared." Nightshade sat on the floor.

She tilted her head twords him. "Hm? Do I.... even wanna know?" Zai asked.

"Yeah." Zai stated, then added. "Sorry for the typical lazy speech, never had to talk much except buisness until a few months ago. Still getting use to others, ya know.... not exactly use to being 'round anyone. Anyways, go on with why ya guys had to free fall again." She lifted up her hand, looking at all the rings on her fingers, the ripped fishnet glove, and her long pointed red nails in the dim light, observing how her hand moved.

"Well there was a group of bast that we disturbed so i had to wrap my wings around him and free fall. After that we flew to the tower where i stood on the ledge and was struct by lightning as my scales came out. I went up in flames and u accedently inhaled the fire." Nightshade said as he chewed on a peice of nightshade "would you like some?" Nightshade watched Zai look at her glove. "HM. Ima gonna go and get you some new gloves!"

She smiled, holding back a laugh. "They're fine. It let's me avoid talking... looking like this, doing this, it speaks for itself."

"Fine. May i take a few rafters in the corner and put em together with some ply wood. To make a ledge up there so my stuff wont keep falling. and i wont keep falling." Nightshade stretched his wings.

"Sure. Ya can take a room if ya want, jus' whatever." She said, then after a moment laughed, and trying to stop herself asked, "Man, you sounded so SAD when I said I customized these gloves...!" Zai started laughing again, and fell off the chair and hit her head. "Ow!"

"You ok?" Nightshade picked Zai off the floor and put her back in the chair. "I wasnt sad. Just suprised."

"i dont know i just am" Nightshade went back to the main room and conected several rafters with ply wood to make a ledge by a window. Then he built a ladder going up to the ledge . Then a rope bridge from the window to the old tower.
