SuperNerd000 walked into Training Room B and grabbed a Sand Bag Man from the storage closet and put it into the middle of the room. "Lets see exactly how well you can fight." he said, motioning to the Sand Bag Man.

after a fierce workout, Zelly fell to one knee, panting and out of breath as she clutched at the jewel on her chest which was slowly flashing dimly.

ninja put his foot to the center of the bag and gave a slight push, testing its weight. "ok. lets try this." he backed up, and did a full cyclone kick to the side of the sandbag.

Vash followed Nerd and Ninja, curious as to what they were doing. He walked into Training Room B. He watched Ninja kick the sandbag. He hit the floor, in case the sandbag flew towards him.

ninja nodded. "ok." he unleashed punch after punch after kick ((yes i know it sounds weird)) at the sand bag. it didnt even have time to come back to its origional position before another hit came to it.

feeling weak, Zelly made her way down the hallway, one hand on the wall for support when she accidently opened the door to Training Room B, falling to the ground in the doorway, the jewel on her chest still flashing.
