She nodded with a happy smile "Much! I do enjoy a good cup of tea.."

"Good," he said quietly, finally feeling somewhat better.

She sipped her tea some more thoughtfully... "Do you think I should go on a date?" It killed her to ask him this but she had no one else at the moment. She had never... dated before. There was always just romps and the occasional party and such. She had never done anything.. couplely before.

Well, it was a nice feeling while it lasted, Azaroth sighed. "A date?" he echoed. "You mean some shared activity between you and another?" He regarded her curiously, "Those are usually reserved for finding someone..."special," someone to have an ongoing relationship with. Not the romps that you or I typically engage in..."

She nodded "I know... I thought it might be... nice? to go on one. See what all the fuss was about." She shrugged "Maybe see if I could find a someone 'special'" Well someone else special specifically but.. again... she couldn't mention that detail.

"I see," Azaroth said turning to put the tea away. She was looking for someone 'special'...great. Yet despite that strange twisting he felt in his stomach he heard himself saying, "It probably would be nice, something different..."

She frowned thoughtfully.. well that answered that. Though she really hadn't been expecting another answer. She had slightly hoped... well that didn't matter. "Hmm... maybe..." She bit her lip "I'll have to go back out then... and let Komori know I'll go with him. I wasn't sure if I should say yes...." She looked down at her tea cup and swirled it. She didn't feel right about this but what could she do. She wasn't the type to wait and pine away for an impossible dream after all...

"He asked you on a- Ow!" Az hissed dropping the kettle. Idiot, he rebuked himself. Too busy letting Ro get away to pay attention to what I'm doing...

She jumped up and rushed over "Are you okay?" Picking up the tea kettle and checking him for injuries "Do you need healing at all?"

She frowned at him and dragged it out from behind him "No your not... " She took her wand out and cast a healing charm on the injury. "Anything else?"

"I am capable of healing myself," he reminded her. "And no, I just grabbed the wrong spot..." I was a Little distracted...

She sighed "Geez Azy.. you scared me with that... but to answer your question yeah... Komori asked me on a date. Said he wanted to try things 'properly' this time instead of just falling into a romp." She shrugged "I wasn't sure what to do so I asked your opinion. If you think I should go then I'll tell him yes..." She tilted her head "He's a vampire by the way.. not sure if that makes a difference..."

Mentally Azaroth groaned. First dragons, now vampires...what happened to the days when a warlock used to be able to hold his own? he wondered moving to put the other items away, mainly because he couldn't be looking at her when he said, "You should do what makes you happy, Rowena..."

She snorted... not quite as quietly as she would have liked. She couldn't have what would make her happy.... she had to settle for whatever else she could get. "I'm having a hard time determining what would..." Lies... but it was better than the truth. She could just imagine the horrified face he would make if she said the truth.
