Laura winced in pain as Bit held her. "Your hurting me.." She shut her eyes tightly as more tears fell.. ((gah! noone is online!!))

Kiba felt Kioko climed on his back, but he grip was weak "Kioko, if you keep holding like that you're gonna fall off me, you need to grab on harder if you want to stay on my back"

Bit rolled her eyes and looked at Laura, "Would you rather feel a little hurt now.. Or hurt more then be dead when that thing comes back?" She sighed and said in a more calm caring voice.. "We need to get you some safe. We can't properly defend you here. We need to get out of the open. I know you in pain but you got to be brave till we get out of here. Unless you think you can run and keep up with us this is how its going to be. I'm sorry its not pleasant time for you but we need to go now."

"no...I'm fine...just alittle dazed" he said, he got up and dusted himself off. "if you want Bit I can take Laura...I've carried her before and you can probally move faster without her on your back anyway" he offered.

Altair gently took Laura off bit's back and took her onto his. "yeah I'm fine" he said, he wrapped Laura's arms around his neck and wrapped her lega around his waist. "if the pain gets to much you can squeeze as hard as you want" he said looking back at Laura. He understood the pain involved in what she was experiancing."so what now?" he asked.

She nodded at Kiba, she didnt like the idea of fallin gof at a fast speed, so she clung on to his back hard. not too hard, but hard enough.

"I'm not going to let you die laura, I love you to much...we'll catch up with you guys later, what ever that thing was is after laura, I'll run around abit then meet you guys in Kiba's territory, and don't worry I can find you guys by smell" Altair said. he turned and started walking, "close your eyes and hang on" Altair whispered back to laura.
