Kiante and Shinyuu both went to work, fighting demons that couldn't be seen by most. Kiante with his Keyblade, Shinyuu with a spear.

"Yeah... It might be best if I should," Kyle said, turning away and firing shots at heartless that started to spawned. "I'm Kyle, by the way. And I like guns." An obvious statement. "Tell me, have you guys always had this much trouble against these Heartless guys?" When his guns ran out of ammo, he changed his magazines and continued to fire.

Clouds eyebrows furrowed in thought. The last he'dseen Sora was a year or so ago when he'd fought against Sephiroth. That was also when he'd been chased throughout Radient Gardens by Tifa.
"I see, I'm glad he found his light then." He glanced over at the redhead as the girl walked about the area. "Is she going to suddenly attack? For any reason at all?"
Mika decided that she'd explored enough and that it was finally time to go check out the castle that had once belonged to Meleficant. She knew her card was over there, and she also knew that they would need the Men to help them out.
Barely batting an eyelash she walked over to Squall, because Leon was a silly name in her opinion, and grabbed him by the arm, pulling him with her as she walked backwards.
"Make haste, haste! Least she fall to darkness, haste!"

Zolx looked over to Olz, "What are they talking about over there? What virus?" He didn't sound remotely happy about what he had gleaned from Kyle ."I didn't know anything about it! I'm a Neoshadow, you think they send that kind of info to us!" Zolx started rummaging in his robe. He pulled several bottles out, one actually said Potion on it. "I don't have anything to cure disease, but Mika might have Esuna."
"Will that help?""Have you noticed that Aerith is still alive?""Yeah?""Full Life.""Right.""Um, guys?" Sora motioned towards the Heartless that were still attacking the angels and their friends.
"Do they look like they're losing?""Well no but-""Then don't worry about it. There will be plenty of other Heartless from the sounds of it so just let them deal with it. Do you still know reflect by the way?"Sora blinked at Zolx for a moment. "Well- what? Oh, yeah. Why?""Teach me."Sora opened his mouth to say something but Olz shook his head.

Kyle flinched when he said virus. "A virus that was created to only spread from touching dead heratless. Only a select few heartless are known to contain the virus. Now it looks like I'm infected. I'll by lucky to live for a few days. My only hope is that Disney has the antidote. Who knows... I might die any second," Kyle explained. He had a migrain now. Great. What a perfect day. "First my family dies, now I get infected with a rare virus. Some day this turned out to be."

"Uh, no," Akiko started, glancing over and then following her friend quickly as she started to move. "Come on," she called to Cloud, expecting him to automatically obey for some ungrounded reason.
Leon widened his eyes and hurried along with Mika for a few steps until he got used to the fact that he was being pulled along by a kid. Then he jerked free and said moodily, "I have no idea what you're talking about," sort of at a loss to say anything else to this strange boisterous girl.

"No, not really." Shinyuu replied to Kyle's earlier question.
Kiante brightened a bit when he heard Zolx, Olz, and Sora. "Oh wow, I didn't realize you guys were still here." He said.
"Don't forget me." Riku said, pulling up beside him.
Kiante kept fighting, but knowing now that most of his friends were here helped a lot. He wasn't so tense. "Glad to have you all here."

'Son of a b***h...let's see, eight eight eight, something from eight...god I hated that game.' Mika was at a loss over what to say. Well, there was one thing she could say, but sd also end up getting thrown against the nearest wall and getting stabbed.
Oh fcuk it, Akiko probably had phenox down right?
"Who would have thought that the mighty Squall Leonheart, SeeD first class and Mighty Lion of Balamb...was such a frightened p***y cat?" Mika turned away and started to walk. "Such a terrible knight you are."
What the heck was she talking about? Kinghts and lions and...what the heck was going on? He shook his head a bit and followed the much saner younger girl, but not before staring at Squall with some trepidation. What she said must have been quite personal.
"Is your friend eager to die?"
Cloud put a hand on the handle of his sword in case he needed to step in.

Leon was thrown off again by the knowledge the girl seemed to have. He was suddenly finding it hard to keep up his normal show of apathy.
But he did it. He merely looked away, effectively hiding his irritation and feigning nonchalance. He glanced over at Cloud and the other girl, then finally decided to follow after the redhead.
Akiko involuntarily reached out a hand towards Cloud's to keep him from drawing his sword if need be. "No, no no no," she said quickly. "She's okay, really, she's just a little impatient. Please come help us, though."
Then she ran to catch up with Mika.

Mika was making relatively good time as she all but ran towards the wasteland and the old castle. Right now she was heading through the housing district and t wasn't long before she made it to the stone and steel archway. And for a time, she simply stood there, watching, feeling the magic of her card get closer to her.
She could feel it crying and almost as though she'd never stopped, she jumped from rock to rock, making her way.
"Dare the actors make their way to the stage?" Mika asked in her regular misty voice. She'd fallen back into riddle and rhyme.
Has anything weird been happening at the castle?
What? This Mika girl made absolutely no sense. Just a second ago she was talking about cards and then she was taunting Leon, now she was talking about actors.
"What exactly are we helping you two find? Her sanity?"
If they were looking for a teddy bear he was going to walk away and nevr come back. Maybe go try finding Sephiroth and hope the general actually killed him.

Akiko ignored the others and did her best to keep up with Mika. It was difficult and she stumbled quite a bit, but at last she stood nervously next to her and whispered slightly out of breath, "Do you know exactly where it is?"
Leon sighed and followed. After all, there was always the chance that this was actually something important. And you couldn't miss things like this if you were going to protect your world.

"Where the snow refuses to melt and none but crows fly," she whispered, pointing to what else but the very highest tower. "How doth the star shine in this bright midday."
'Top tower, see the sparkly thing?'
Mika went to grab Leon's hand and try again to pull him behind her, hoping this time it might work. She just wished he didn't wear gloves, knowing him his hands were probably smooth and free of callouses.
Cloud held back a laugh as the redhead tried again to pull the stubborn man along behind her. When she'd pointed to whatever they were looking for, he'd actually seen that there was truly something to find and he had a bit mre faith in her, even if she was still crazy.
"Does she always talk like that?" he asked the fatigued Akiko. She didn't look like she'd be much help if she was this tired already and with a long suffering sigh he went over and crouched in front of her. "Get on."

Leon jerked his hand from the girl's impatiently. "If you don't stop pulling me around," he growled, "I'll turn around right now and you can find your whatever-it-is yourself." Temper rising slowly he stalked ahead into the castle, ready to find the object and get back to what he'd been doing.
Akiko nodded happily. "Yep, that's Mika," she smiled, before noticing what Cloud was telling her to do.
"Oh," she stuttered nervously, laughing a little, "you don't have to. I'm fine. I'll be okay in a few minutes."

"I don't offer this very often," Cloud said. "So just get on, you're of no use if you can't even walk." He didn't bother waiting for her and stood up before picking her up and walking off to the castle. "You're too light."
Mika let out a minute growl as she narrowed her eyes. She did not like this, she was Myazaki Mika, one of the richest girls in Japan. She was the Dawn Witch, She got what she wanted when she wanted.
Mika gasped before turning away and heading to the tower. There was a library in that castles, so maybe she could find some answers along with her card.
"Haste."

Akiko widened her eyes and held on tightly, but had to admit she sort of enjoyed the free ride.
Leon dropped back, smiling amusedly at Cloud's burden and continued to follow Mika.
