Atari blushed still under his purple tone and tilted his head to Evangelia, wrapping his tail around him self to hold it in his hands against his chest. A date? He wasn't sure what she meant, and sort of pet the end of his tail. But...A date would make the bottom of your shoes sticky if you get on it. I tried to eat a date once, and it stuck to my teeth...and I didn't like it. He wrinkles his nose some and looks from Evangelia to Calix, still somewhat unsure of the boy.
As Lena ran her finger over the little critter's shell it snapped its miniature pincers at her, unable to actually get her. With a laugh, and in a very childish voice, Shinji chimed 'Can we keep him? Huh? Can we?'.

The twins stared at him for a moment before cracking a smile and laughing. Calix wanted to make a comment on Atari's dimness but was afraid of being kicked still. "Atari, you're so adorable! Yeah, dates are sticky and aren't really my favorite." Calix then sat up but didn't stand. "I think you got confused. We meant like, well, like you and Eva being together like a couple. I don't want that."

Lena couldn't help but laugh at Shinji a moment before saying "Alright... we can keep it, if you really want to..." she nodded.

Atari blushed deeper, the tone barely visible over his pale purple cheeks. Adorable is good though, right? He asked, sort of purring through his words. He shifted slightly away from Calix, his ears still down some as he looked to the other. Don't you think it's really her decision, though? he asked, eyeing Calix from the other side of Evangelia.
Shinji laughed and kissed Lena's cheek, summoning a small tank to hover over the water's surface while he carefully rest the small crab and the plantlife into it before letting it disappear to reappear in the bedroom. Hey, now we have a pet! he laughed, shaking the sand that rested in his palms through the water to rid himself of it. That makes us one step closer to a married couple.

"Married huh...." Lena said with a smile "that could be nice..." she continued as she let her self lay back a bit and float.

Don'tcha think? Shinji chuckled, bobbing near Lena before letting himself shift to float apon the water as well.

"Uh-huh..." Lena muttered, smiling slightly she let her eyes fall shut as she floated around.

Shinji smiled as well as he floated with Lena, moving his hands back under his head as his body swayed with the soft waves of the lake.

After just floating there quietly for awhile, Lena said "Shinji... maybe we should get out of the water now, I'm getting all pruney..."

Shinji had nearly fallen asleep in the relaxation of the water, and he shifted back to an upright position in the water. Yeah, we probably should, shouldn't we? he laughed, dipping back under the water a moment before resurfacing.

Shinji bobbed after Lena, making his way in sections of surface swimming and underwater swimming until he made it to the point where his feet touched the sand again. Wow...we've been here for quite some time! he laughed, noting the sun was in a very different place from when they'd arrived.

"We have, haven't we..." Lena said, looking to the sky before moving over to get her towel and dry off. "I hadn't really noticed... time just sort of wizzed by.."

Well you know what they say, Time flies when you're having fun! Shinji laughed, shaking his head some as he pulled himself from the water, squeezing handfulls of his trunks in his hands to get the access water from them.

Evangelia smiled then nodded. "Yes, adorable is very good." To his question to her twin, Evangelia looked between the two and frowned. She really didn't want her brother to push away another person but it seemed habit to him. Calix then stood and brushed himself off. "Yes and no. Eva and I are connected in a lot of ways, more so than normal twins. What she feels, I feel, and vice versa. Emotions and pain. We know what goess on with the other. If she were to get involved with someone..." He almost shuttered at the thought. What his sister did in private should be none of his business but he couldn't help feeling and knowing. It was the same for her which is why he also never got involved with others. It kept it simple for them both.
