When an evolution item is released, it's a first generation item. It has access to the first phase of poses. Let's assume Magical Orange is an evolution item that was released on Week 1.
Week 2 comes, and it evolves. There's now a first generation and a second generation. The first generation, born on week one, will have access to the second phase of poses (as it evolved this week) whereas the second generation, having just been born, gets the first phase of poses.
Week 3 comes, and Magical Orange evolves again. There's three generations present. The first generation has access to the third phase of poses, the second generation gets access to the second phase of poses, and the third generation, newly born, gets access to only the first phase of poses.
As the item continues to evolve, the "ladder effect" will continue. Once the first generation completes it's evolution, it has access to all poses. The later generations will follow the evolution pattern (in this case, Magical Orange evolves every week) and will continue to do so until it's completely evolved.
In short, no matter which generation item you get, you will eventually have a completed evolution item with all poses available - the later generations are just "delayed" so to say. 3nodding

Just curious, is there anyone here who has Sea Troll Ears who'd be willing to trade them for Forest Troll Ears?
Last Christmas a friend of mine gave my main account a pair of Forest ears when I already had them, and I tried to go around and see if anyone would trade them (no way I'd get a good deal in the marketplace crying )...
If not it's okay. XD It's kinda a random thing to ask for but I'm just curious to see if anyone here would be up for that.
