You don't have to wait for your bloodline to be approved, but if it affects your character alot then just start working on the profile basics like name, attributes, classes and stuff.

So do put any more questions you have in the Q&A forum both for your own convenience and ours. The OOC is for guild members to mingle and enjoy each others company. Not for crew booty calls.
