You know Reg, runaway pokemon tend to change the area that they're in every time you do. So, it's actually best to just go between the border of two areas until the runaway you're after happens to pop into the same area as you. Then you can go and find it.

Oh s**t I forgot about Suicune. I looooooooooove Suicune. It's my favorite legendary. Did you catch that Snorlax in front of Diglett's Cave yet? He comes with Block, so you can use him to make them stick around.
Or Wobbuffet. You find em on a Pokewalker route, but I forget which one.

What? Natures and EV training can make over a 100 point difference in a stat. I don't especially like resetting 50 times to get the right nature either, but you really notice it in the end.
