First opportunity for Masters is 35, first for Doctorate is 65.

Really? Huh. I don't pay much attention to when they come I guess. sweatdrop And I only have like 17 doctorates, and I know there's gonna be some awesome item for like a billion of them. stressed

GLKilowog You start getting doctorate at 61 I believe. Hundreds makes sense, seeing as you can get 31 credits/game for each level
