Every two gifts you give away, you get either a santa hat or long horns.
You don't actually get anything when a gift is given to you.

That's if you choose to help the "Gaia Santa"
If you choose to help the "Zurg Santa" you get after every two gifts given away either a Lucky Stars or Water Meat.

Here's how it works, Dee:
If you distribute two gifts for Gaia Santa, you get a Cowhide Santa Hat. Distribute four gifts and you get Long Bull Horns. Six gets another Cowhide Santa Hat, etcetera.
If you distribute two gifts for Zurg Santa, however, you get a Lucky Star. Four gets a Water Meat. Six for another Lucky Star, and it goes on.
In Gaia Towns or in the Shops, go door-to-door (or shop to shop) and carol. 100 carols in Towns gets you a gift box which can be opened for a piece of holiday clothing, or 10 carols in the Shops.
I currently only have the first three giftboxes (out of 8 ), but you so far get:
1/8 - Spirited 2k6 Boots
2/8 - Spirited 2k6 Gloves
3/8 - Spirited 2k6 Mistletoe
