Also, butting in to this little debate. Time spent on the ship doesn't really matter. Even in an unofficial orginization there is a chain of command. So whoever would be considered a higher "rank" should be the one issuing orders. sweatdrop

But figuring who places where on this chain-of-command won't be too easy. We know who's the "leader" and that's Kayako and it's pretty safe to assume that Asuka is her right hand, but after that, we're not really sure who places where. It also seems pretty obvious that most of us will be arguing over who ranks higher than who.

I say this order from highest to lowest:
Kayako
Asuka
Rain/Kayako's brother who's name escapes me
Gray
Everyone else is the same.
@Quinton: Well I don't suppose his leaving the ship without orders, or even informing the captain for a plan to go off for god knows how long would be an exception to that.
