In reality there is no time warping, all matches are happening at the same time in the same location.
Those watching see a flickering effect as different fighters dominate the scene for a few seconds before being replaced by another.

No idea... but it reminds me of some sprite-based version of this game here. Which, I thought it was funny when I saw that game since it looks like they just purchased the rights to the fan-made version that came out a couple years ago but never bothered picking up the team mechanic that the newer versions of it had. Oh hey. Here is a sprite-based version but it looks like s**t.

Rage V has poor character design.
Except for Crawley and Reiko.. who were only in one episode as a small cameo.

Mr Crawley Turns out it's from some tactics style rpg by the same company called Battle Moon Wars. Ah, so it's probably an amalgamation of a bunch of different Type-Moon game characters, and I am well aware of how much he likes Melty Blood.
