That's one thing I noticed about my time in WoW.
You either look like an idiot because your plate armor flexes with you, or you look like an idiot because you're dressed like everyone else.
Usually both.
Good beard selection, though.

I tried playing WoW once, but I didn't get past the first 10 levels, during which the solo play bored me horribly.
Shallow maybe, but I'm big into aesthetics of things. I can't bear to stare at a game that long unless it's decently pretty. Doesn't have to be graphically advanced, just well presented; I can play FFT all day, and I doubt it's appearances were even impressive back then.
WoW's graphics actively tried to claw my eyes out each second I was exposed to them.
I also love customization, and like people said. Everyone looks the same.

I'm entirely willing to believe that I would enjoy WoW more if my character were represented by a colored tile, so that I wouldn't have to think about how god-awful ugly he is.
