So basically the event is an RP....
Mos can be rude, but that's his personality, you can't change that, but who's running the event? If you were running a RP, you'd want everything to be perfect.

roy... how long should it take me to ev train a level 39 eevee to lvl 100 with ev training in its hp and spc. def? it has a neutral nature. and im getting it to an umbreon asap so i can ev train it as an umbreon.

you dont EV train a poke to a level.
EV's have caps. as such, you can haveall of your EV trainsin done by the time a poke is lvl 18 or less.
EV traisnin taks about an hour w/ Pokerus and the proper power items
