"..No Arlen not just blood, it's deeper then that, I don't want to kill my family again." She muttered to him glaring.
"I need to learn self control over blood here again, like a puppy who has to learn the rules, it's hard." She huffed not expecting them to understand just yet. "..It's a long story and besides if I kill one, every witness dies too." She said blinking." That's how it always seems to work.."

Arlen twitched a bit as Lily poked him with her nose. "Do you want to hold her Ukaia? River if you need blood I could try to help some. I'm not sure how well it would work, but the offer's there."

"If lilly wouldn't mind. but she looks rather content in your arms'; Ukai said. She liked fuzzy things anyway.. and lily was right now quite fuzy. she sighe looking at river
"Well.. my offer stands river.. when you feel you have the controll i'm willing to let you feed.. That's my addiction" she said timidly looking at her.

Lily rather thought she understood what River was trying to say, and so didn't pipe up with the offer for her blood. The fact that she didn't have vocal cords at the moment helped too. She poked Arlen with her nose again, then looked to Ukaia, ears twitching.

River narrowed her eyes at the bunny now.".. I can't believe you somtimes, your as bad as my mother." She spat and crossed her arms at Arlen. "..What offer are you making? Like the one Tomo made to me? look at him now." She paused and sighed. "..Ukaia I don't want you to die like she did that would haunt me forever, if you please, just don't even ask me that again. No matter how much you like it.."

Bad as... her mother? Lily blinked, one ear flopped while the other was slightly cocked, lending her an inquisitive air. Then she shook herself and pawed at Arlen's hand, looking at Ukaia... if the neko wanted to hold her, then that's what she'd get.

Ukaia hesatted then nodded
"I won't offer as long as you know" she said quietly
"But i understand.. I just... i thought it might help if you had it regularly" she said to her then frowned puzzled. She reminded River of.. her mother?
"I'm like your mother?" she asked curiously

"..Yes, sadly I don't want to hurt you like I did her." She said looking around."..I have a picture of her, from three hundred years before now.." She nodded softly and sighed."..You are a shocking resemblance to her which frightens me so badly, you wouldn't understand how disturbing it is to always see someone you think you killed." She said harshly, looking back at the bunny, walking towards it in Arlens arms, reaching her hand out timidly, waiting for the approval of a soft pet.

"I.. i'm sorry" Ukaia said to her simply, quietly. She haden't realized that she looked like anyone river knew. Though ukaia knew how.. disturbing it could be to see somone you know was dead, brought back to life, only to realize it was a differernt person.

Lily snuffled River's hand, acting much like a real bunny for a moment, then butted her head against it affectionately. She liked the woman, though she could be understandably gruff sometimes.

Arlen found himself unable to speak. He was trying to keep up with the conversation, but for somereason he didn't absorb any of the information. When river walked over he held Lily out a bit, certain that she wouldn't mind.

"..cute.." River said softly to Lily and rubed her fingers softly into the dark fur.
"..I'm not asking you for an appology but It would be nice if you would just not ask anymore." She said looking at her."..Distance is best though I can't place myself at the same distance I had with her.." She said sighing lightly. "..I was incased in glass, typical of an experiment, I remember her voice most, she used to read tales from this planet to me there..." She thought back a bit running her fingers across the bunnies ears softly.

At the petting, Lily began to make a soft sound that slowly grew louder. It wasn't quite a purr, and had a strange trill, but it was somehow soothing at the same time. Her eyes closed and she leaned into River's touch, going rather limp in Arlen's arms.

Ukaia nibbled her bottom lip. grinning slihgtly at Lily's actions then said
"Would it be better or worse if i offered to read to you?" ukaia asked her timidly
