But yeah, when it becomes just a bunch of yelling it isn't really music...

some screamo is okay but not all =/ i don't know what my reading lvl is o.o i just read =) i read anything really. some of its light reading some heavy, etc

Techno, Trance, Classic Rock, Rock, Indie, and more
I technically don't have a favorite genre though. I just like what I like, though those are what I've been recently typing into last.fm radio.
Also, no problem with either for me it would appear.

And on the subject of music: Metal, Rock, Classic Rock, very VERY limited amounts of rap, and random s**t that is hilarious. And speaking of random funny s**t. I listen to almost anything with the exception of 99.9% of rap, most pop and indie music, screamo, emo, anything emo related, most Hard rock/"metal" style bands, and polka.
I actually do a bit of straight House music on the side. I prefer doing glitch though.
I don't do a lot of screaming, I find it flattens the song, vocal harmonies add so much depth. So I just put slight effects on my voice like reverb or compression, something robot/auto tuning. Get another member to sing too.
I do everything from grindcore to pop/rap to electronica in general.

I only listen to certain rappers a lot like Kid Cudi or Flobots
I can't stand a majority of rap...well I can stand it I just don't prefer to listen to it.
