James raised his eyebrow, still a bit skeptical about what she was saying. He shook his head for a sec, collecting his thoughts. "So....if you're......pregnant....then I'm......"

James was hit by that like a wrecking ball. He jumped four feet back, his eyes wide open. "No....no no no. You can't be. I can't be.... Nononono. I'm too young. It was just one night. How could it...." James began sweating bullets as those thoughts raced through his mind.

"I'm 23, not 22, Laureen. This isn't how it was supposed to happen. It was just one time!" James paced the kitchen quickly, trying to comprehend on how he, out of all, people was going to be a father.

James rubbed his head, hoping thhis was a bad dream. "So I'm.....going to be a father. Greeeaat. I wasn't planning to do that till I was, pfff 28 or somethin. I'm too young to be a dad." James slumped against a chair, blown back by all of the previous events.

Adrian turned around, his fangs, pale skin, and yellow-white eyes now visible. He knew he was a freak, thus was the price of power. He looked at the floor, his eyes watering at the thought of what he had become, he was a Monster now, he was not worthy of Pummel. A Human Vampire, this was a fine mess he had gotten himself into; then again he was the First, he would be famous and go down in History, he just needed to wait it out and keep doing God's work. "I amnae what ye first met Pummel, I'm a man o' god who's ranked among demons..." He was taking on a more coherent accent everyday, you couldn't tell half of the drivvel he was saying when he first got to New York. "I'll understand if ye want me to go.." He murmured, not daring to look up.

Adrian twitched slightly, and said "I have tae go for a while, Pummel" He murmured, getting up. He put his hat back on and pulled up his scarf, putting his round glasses back onto his face. "Dunnae wait up.." He murmured, walking out of the room. He got onto the sidewalk, and said "Tis a great night for God's work" He walked to the Graveyard, his eyes closed.

Rayne soon walked into an unused apartment with Jack following blindly. She looked at him with a raised eyebrow and said, "Okay, you're not blushing and awkward, so it's an improvement. But going zombie on me isn't relaxed either." Rayne let go of his arm and stood there with her arms crossed, eyebrow raised, and hip jutted out out while she waited for him to return to normality.

Rayne smiled, happily thinking that, unlike Lycans, you didn't have to stick with one person forever. Her smile faded though, Jack was certainly not her type now that she gave him a good look. He seemed inexperienced and still awkward, like he didn't know how to seduce or anything. Rayne let a small sigh escape her lips, "I feel my taste is weakening...picking you wasn't my best decision I see that now." She stood there in the same position, debating on how she would leave him.
