I started classes again and they've broken up my monotony. I have a love hate relationship with the classwork - work is yuck, but it's so nice to have something different to do. mrgreen

Hey, you could always do some volunteer work if there's something close to you that accepts volunteers. You can list that as work experience and then it makes you a better candidate for a paying job. :3
Also... trades are working again! *is about to have an awesome item as soon as the person she's buying something from gets back online* =D

That sucks. I did some volunteer work through my first college because they required it (evil evil evil school) and I didn't have much trouble. The place was owned by a church with ties to the school, though. D:
I worked in this store where you could pile a giant grocery bag as full of clothes as you possibly could and pay $4 for the bag, and people still stole things. It was pathetic.

The place was owned by a church with ties to the school, though. D: I worked in this store where you could pile a giant grocery bag as full of clothes as you possibly could and pay $4 for the bag, and people still stole things. It was pathetic. here you need 80 hours to graduate. o: 160 o qualify to that thingy for graduating. Not much but its like....most people here dont NEED jobs. D:

That school was the same way. It was a very expensive private school, so the kids all had expensive cars and expensive clothes anyway... it's not like they would have deigned to take a minimum wage job. They might have broken a nail or something. rolleyes

I haven't run into as many of them since I changed colleges, so maybe not? I'm not sure. xP *meows at Kam*
