well...she can make them lose their powers when she gives them a power neutral like "Promise me you wont hit me"or something like that neutral and b/c its her opponent hed hit her.or she could say"promise youd go easy on me" then shake the persons hand and while doing that shell give them a power and annoy that person enough to get him/her to not go easy on her or hit her.then when he/she breaks that promise they will lose their powers and she will fight them on equal ground practically.

Thats exactly it. Fire and lightning are neutral with each other. They havent done nothing to effect the other so they pretty well just ignore each other.

except my character is occasionally sarcastic, and yours has a temper and doesn't like being talked down to. problems could arrise, though if they were roommates she'd probably just take the overly formal and cold route if they turned against each other....it could be really fun.
also, you said we'd need body guards...how would that work since we are both at the 4 character max for crew.

@Aria: They would just stay with us to the boats and then they would go back to the country. They believe that we will be safe enough on Dawn Academy grounds.

both my, and rao's new characters are from royal families in raos sub story. the rest is as rao says, a really long story.
lol, that would be fun...a lot like raz' approach to the beginning of THAT fight. and no. it wouldn't be fair. if you have read any of Susan's fights with zach you will know that what she lacks in powers, she makes up for in martial abilities. it is hard to hit her, and she fights well with any weapon.
unfortunately, she can't force powers like that. if the person doesn't want it, they can usually cut off their arm as the power flows through it.jk. but it's in the requirements, because otherwise her power is cheap...the counterbalance on susan's powers has too be well enforced because of the extreme levels of powers she can give. she cannot give powers if a player won't accept them.

They wont be anywhere near safe with mimic around neutral
plus the people with very complicated times controlling their powers and themselves.Lets see...should i list names?

maybe we should have them arrive during the tourniment. that way they can catch the final round. i would like to see your fire gal's reaction to rao fighting.

to concede is to agree resignedly...as in, you win. you have argued against the point i had in such a way, as to nullify my arguing, and thus, convince me that you are correct. (my definition of concede really)
