*thinks* Yeah...as long as you have a strong password that you keep secret and never enter your password except on http://www.gaiaonline.com/ sites you should be okay. Trades, gifting, vending...it all needs your password. I can't remember if changing your e-mail needs your password, but even if it doesn't all you have to do is take a quick glance at your account settings immediately before logging out. Even if you've been cookie-grabbed and someone's able to surf as you, they can't change your e-mail once you yourself have logged out, because when they go to save changes they'll be logged out of you as well.
