Read the news today about some pricks with their anti-Arts and Culture movement.
Saying stuff like 'Arts and Culture, more often than not, will lead to the liberalisation of our Asian values. Singaporeans do not gain anything from arts and culture... (And liberalisation will also lead to) loose morals or worse, the increase of homosexuals.'
and
"Can Arts and Culture fill the stomach? How much is 1Kg of Arts and Culture worth?? Don't waste money on such impractical ideals,"
Some people really deserve to be beaten to death with a spoon D:<

There are so many things wrong with those statements...
And I had a rant. but it sounded angry, and I try to avoid becoming angry at idiots. Art and culture have, historically, revolutionized THOUGHTS, which in turn have revolutionized the technologies and sciences that allow pricks like that to sit comfortably in a skyscraper while they much on genetically-modified super foods and tweet about meaningless things on their smartphone.
Then again, people like that have little sense of history and patterns anyway
....make it a rusty spoon. That way they get tetanus as well

Not to sound insulting or any of that, but why is it a terrible problem that friends are hanging out with their girlfriends? I spent a grand total of 10 hours with some form of human interaction this past week (spring break ftw) and it was GLORIOUS
Finally got to finish up 3 different games, got to move/repair/re-repair the big computer of the house, didn't sleep until 1am most days...and all the while I had my iTunes library hooked up to the speaker system so that it could blast out good music. Was good week. Then again, I also got to play through Katawa Shoujo again.....may have counted partially as human interaction. Allowed for more work in understanding people, despite these people being coded objects...
I rambled again. Woops
