3.14 Tsukasa Elric 3.14 We could have everybody buy one item [under 2k.] , and send it to me. Then, I'll give everybody a number--and number the boxes. It sounds sort of complicated, but this way everybody who buys a present gets a present. Well since it's not Christmas yet we can sort out all the details like that nearer to the time. I was just curious as to who would be interested. Your idea sounds good though. 3nodding I just want to make sure that everybody that gives, gets. Last year, a lot of people gave and didn't get anything. The downside to that version is that we'd have to buy unisex-only items and there's a good risk of people ending up with items they already have, instead of people being able to tailor their gifts to the other person's interests. The alternative is to assign people to each other but have a deadline in advance of passing the gifts out. That way, if somebody doesn't cough one up, there's still time to reassign things if necessary. It's a bit more labour intensive, though, and it could cause problems if people get assigned new partners after they've already purchased something. sweatdrop

I thought I posted this earlier...but I just forgot it and left the window open. ninja Musuu Well... people are kinda right.
Top 10: minis, halos, ports, OMG, AFK, etc... Lionfish mask, too. Yeah... Not at all surprising. Still, at least the outfits are nice aside from having the super expensive items.

Peppermint Elf Tsukasa Elric So, since it's almost December (and I noticed a topic regarding it in the GAIA Helpers Discussion >.>)... Secret Santa? I remember we tried it last year and it all went... Blah. x.X Wondering if peoples think it'd be a good idea, or a not-so-good idea. Yeah, that is big part of what threw things off.

Alas, I spent most of the day pacing around and trying to find chores to do. It's been so slow during the day for weeks now. crying I hate feeling useless; I'm afraid they're going to turn around and let me go because they don't need me.

Zelyhon Blah. Today, our family's old cat, Kit, went into the vet. She's been kinda ill for a while now and we've been taking care of her, giving her medicine and the like and she was going into the vet for something (I'm not sure what) today. Turns out she had pretty bad cancer, so the vet and mom decided just not to wake her up. sad She was an old cat and it's been coming for a while, but still pretty sad. *hug* I'm so sorry...

Thanks for the kind words, everyone. It's not like this is much of a shock to me, though it was rather sudden. Least I got to go home for Thanksgiving and see her before she went to the vet.

Hey guys, sorry for not being around. My computer crashed and I still haven't gotten a new one. Maybe closer to Christmas....
Just wanted to let everybody know I'm still alive and well. Roomie got down here safe and sound, and we've not killed each other just yet. Though if she kicks me in the jaw one more time while we're sleeping.... evil
