Oh yeah, I forgot that you're a taijutsuist. Yeah, puppetry is all about ninjutsu specialization, which is why I just plain suck at fist-fighting.
Put what forward? For people to use puppets they need to focus solely on ninjutsu?

The rules of puppetry.
I will regulate the puppets... Requests will have to go through me.
A puppeteer cannot exell in Taijutsu
and thats just a start because Fanoto I saw the puppet you asked if was fair others wont think the same like us so I had to tell you how to make it fair
Obviously someone will be watching me since it wont be fair if a puppeteer is not watched.

Snort. Excellent control of chakra, ability to focus in on a single task...Havock, you just described a mednin. So the traits for one would benefit the other.

umm look at the puppeteers in the show and manga...
kankuro ha excellent focus and the ability to disconnect and reconnect the strings showed his chakra control
sasori's chakra control and poisons probably he was also a med nin.
but simply the best normal human puppeteer was chiyo which is also a med nin...

Great.... Fanoto... it is spreading.... if I wasn't so addicted to learning and using clones, I might be tempted to become a puppeteer as well. But I love my clones! Wait....Fan, isn't your puppet like a tougher version of a clone of you? Hm.......

Kinda, yeah. He looks like me, using a radio, talks like me. As long as the person doesn't need any other verification such as smelling me, I'm fine.

Or using jutsu. But then, your puppet does have some tricks that make up for that lack.
