surprised Shouldn't Inyu Shometsu be like.. a clan technique? Seeing how Kabuto is the only one who uses it question Also, do you mind me switching my starting technique to Inyu Shometsu? Seeing as it was crossed out until approval before.

surprised But I just looked at some of the profiles in my village and found that they were Genin and had over 30k skill points.

When you are reborn you have to perform each jutsu that you've learned...or is that after you have the 'vision'.
