Spent most of it driving . . . and the Botcon was a bit of a wash.
Congrats on graduating, and now things get a hell of a lot more complicated.

Yes . . . as pitiful as it sounds, those really were the best days of your life. It's all downhill from here. Not necessarily a cliff-slope, but it doesn't improve all that much either.

On the plus side, I will finally be academically learning about my passion, computer programming.

Cause that is an amazingly hard field to break into anymore.

Thanks! Yeah, it is.
On the plus side, I know some programming already, something most computer science majors don't know prior to entering college.
Computer science is one of the most-changed-out-of majors in America, because many don't realize how intensive the course is.
Even worse for my odds: I want to get into the gaming industry eventually.

I started out as computer programmer as my major when I began college.

But after taking the same class three times and never making it a quarter of the way through before dropping out, I did not fancy another try.

It's like learning a whole bunch of new langauges. Once one truly grasps the logic behind a given language and can problem-solve using it, they are able to learn similar language with relative ease. I myself have taught a few of my friends how to program. Sure it was only OOP, but it is a start.
Meh, compuer programming isn't for some. In truth, it really is quite boring and tedious.

I could never enter that field, but I'm glad you're pursuing something you deviously enjoy.
Don't be the type who maintains absolute transfixed eye contact with the person you're talking to. That intense staring is absolutely freaky. I know the purpose for it is to try to "figure" the other person out, but you'll find that it only makes people uncomfortable. talk2hand
