Yea... I'm going to be PMing this thing to guild members... just in case it works... so you can ignore it

Chain letters are STRICTLY forbidden by the TOS. You're now on my ignored list, don't try and change my mind either. I don't care what your reasons for sending it are, I don't care if you think it was a good one for luck or some other B.S. I loathe chain letters with a passion. scream
while that is the harshest way to deal with the situation, she is right. No one likes chain leters, and there was no justifiable reason at all for sending that.

I'd report the person AND put them on my ignored list.

~coughs~ ninja I did.

hah! you think that's a harsh way to deal with it, you should've seen the reply i sent to the last person to send me a chain letter xd sweatdrop
Good for you Gem, and I did forget about the response back. sweatdrop I've donae a few responses to behavior that were a little long. One guy thought that having gotten a D&D character up to a certain level was something that made a difference as to being a n00d or not. He just didn't seem to get that yu have to go by the rules to join, not go into a guild meeting, participate, then ask to be admitted into the guild in the meeting thread. That was not a fun thing.

Well, that could have been handled better.

stare

I know how annoying chain letters are (they're right up there with Pop ups for me. >.< ), and that they go against the TOS and all that, but still, biting off a person's head isn't really any better. Perhaps a little more tact could be useful. All one needs to do is delete the offending letter and give a "friendly" reminder to the sender and then all is well.

With the way things were done we now have one less member and one less reason why anyone should want to join. I know I certainly wouldn't want to be in a place where I get snapped at.

Anyway, everything is said and done, so let's just get past it.

you don't have to leave, just understand what it is that got everyone so upset. Learn from this mistake...but don't leave because of a little conflict
