Captain Sejanus Bone singers are part of fluff, I think they even had a model at one poitn... but I'm not sure about that. Everything in DoW draws from 40k canon. Bullshit. XD
Chaos:
There's no "daemon bolts" for predators to my knowledge. Khorne can't get Sorcerors. Khorne can't have the Mark of Nurgle or Slaanesh. Greater Demons can't possess HQ choices, only aspiring champions. Khorne can't use Tzeentch Horrors. Cultists are Alpha Legion only.
lolol
It's so un-true to the TTgame, it makes me laugh.

Heres a thought, DoW didnt give a s**t about the fluff, otherwise they wouldnt have a game. Im sure they tried to think of a way around putting conflicting items in there, but it would be s**t if they didnt give a specific race units and such just because they belonged to a different diety of chaos or eldar craftworld.

-Mykal Isn't most or all of that available in a non-Legion-specific Chaos Undivided army? Possibly with Lost and the Damned to explain cultists? I've been away from my books too long... Bonesingers are very much part of 40k canon, and did in fact once have a model.

-Mykal Well, it annoys me as a player that I can't have Thousand Sons instead of Berzerkers and a Lord of Change over a Bloodthirster, but that's talking a level of complexity in the design process that simply isn't worth the trouble. (That and the other races would feel left out.) I wouldn't say GW/Relic disregarded the fluff, so much as chose the most forgiving options while still making a decent game.

Please bring this discussion to the Dawn of War thread instead of cluttering up the Eldar thread.
As for the Bonesingers in the earlier additions of Warhammer they were a unit; they are the ones that shape Wraithbone and add some of it's "soul" through their songs.

Andreis -headdesk- Necrontyr are quite possibly older than eldar. If the chaos Gods freely circled Earth (Warhammer Fantasy) and had rule over space, than slaanesh was already created and the old ones effectively whiped out, making the necrontyr and the eldar possibly older than the Imperial Perception of time. 80,000 years... Do not mix Fantasy and 40k. Slaanesh was created just before the Horus Heresy. If you want Fantasy to connect to 40k than fantasy must come after 40k. The Eldar were created within atleast the past 14.5 billion years that we know the universe was created within, though it may have been longer if there are objects farther away than quazars. The Imperial perception of time is essentially the same as it is now. The Eldar and Necrontyr are atleast several million years older than man, but I doubt they were created around the proposed beginning of time.

According to the fluff Necrons were never created; they warred with the ancients for a very long period of time until the ancients created the other races. Though the ancients didn't create the Eldar; they are simply decsendents.

actually there is a piece of fluff somewhere that says about the war with the acinets and ctan in which it basicly says that the acients created everyone other than the crons and as an army against the necrons with eldar being the first made and the main warriors of the time so they are around the same amount of age

The Old Ones created Eldar and Orcs. The C'Tan made the Necrons from the Necrontyr. Humans evolved naturally.
Fantasy can not take place on Earth. Slaanesh is present in the Fantasy world, but Slaanesh wasn't born until the Fall of the Eldar, which swept the warp storms away from Terra, letting the Emperor start his crusade. Fantasy would have to take place after the Fall, and as Terra is a Hive World, it can't be there.
Anyways, about the Bonesinger, i thought i heard a rumour that there might be a model you can get through Direct Services, like the special Techmarine. I think he comes with a special Ranger, too.
