NPCs:
Makoya smirked, leaping back and pressing two fingers upon a seal embedded into her Kunai. "Yougan Nohara no tachijutsu." The earth beneath Shunketsu's feet began to change from solid to an almost liquid state as the Lava Field jutsu took effect... the near-liquid heating to obscene temperatures and flicking flame more and more often.
Shabang would feel a p***k on his left arm, where the kunai slid past, deflected from his heart. His left arm would hang useless as an array of toxins and poisons entered his bloodstream. For now, his left arm was lifeless and paralyzed. Sakuna's giggles could be heard even though she cannot be seen.
Shunketsu was trapped in his own Kaiten, about to sink into a pit of lava... if he dropped the Kaiten, the Jounin would be waiting. Meanwhile, Shabang is having a hard time breathing and cannot use his left arm while a Jounin hides in the poisonous gases around him.
Shikura continues with the bloodletting and seals, chuckling in a deranged fashion in the shadows... staring at Kotai and Hinata with a mad look to her eye.

*A man with blue hair came running from the forest, black leather strapped clothing was all he wore, head band that had 4 black horns protruding from it with a black scarf wrapped around his face to disguise him. Saddly, the man was screaming-his hair in flames at the top and he seemed to be going mad from either the heat, possible pain, or just being all out insane.
He began running in circles in their area for but a brief moment as if trying to put the flames out by means of suffocating them, moments later he would rush a tree full speed, smashing into it head first-he fell backwards to the ground, while the tree seemed to lopside just a little. He remained still..*

(ooc: Well, I guess thats one way to enter a battle...except that the groun is quickly turning into basically a lava feild...)
::after several more moments hinata managed to open her eyes and look up at kotai. Her vision was fuzzy, and she felt little else except for the pain running through her body::

*As Shunketsu released his defense and his Honoo Kaiten died down...a large load of chakra could be seen submerging into the lava-like ground and Shunketsu is nowhere to be seen*
the red flame dragon sleeps behind walls...walls now broken by the sealed one...beware, for hell has come...Yomi Kazan (Hell Volcano)
*a pillar of fire exploded upward from under Makoya and enveloped her in flames...*

Kotai shifted Hinata to rest her back against his shoulder, taking care not to jostle her. "Here, Hinata-chan. Take this medicine..." He wore a concerned look on what could be seen of his blood-streaked face. His left hand surged with that pale green chakra that seemed to signify his healing jutsu.
He placed this hand against her abdomen and let his healing Chakra spread into her Chakra Coils, so it had the chance to filter to all of her wounds.

Shabang calmed himself down, and drew his sword. He spun it quickly as to preform the Suiton KenJutsu, not to deflect anything but to clear the air.
This isn't looking good

::Hinata managed to take it, feeling the soft energy flowing through her nearly broken body. She managed a weak smile at Kotai, and attempted to speak, her voice haorse::

Kotai blinked, as if to say, "What others?" before it dawned on him. He looked around, seeking out Shabang and Shunketsu... he wasn't happy with what he saw. "I can't leave you here like this." He gave Hinata a reassuring embrace and laid her back down gently. Moving to the side, he bit his thumb.
Please, don't forsake me now...
Opening his shozoku, he spread the blood over a tatoo on his chest that looked surprisingly like a Summoning Contract. "Ninpou Mushi Kuchiyose!" He tottered backwards as the Chakra left him in a whoosh, summoning wheel circling overhead. Through this emerged antennae... followed by the somewhat familiar green body of a praying mantis. The large insect looked down at the scene below it and flitted down to Kotai, speaking in clicks and clacks.
The two seemed to converse momentarily before the large insect sighed, turning around and kneeling. Kotai moved over to lift Hinata and walked to back to the mantis. "Hinata-chan... I'm going to let Neburi-sama take you somewhere safe so he can try to heal you. I want you out of danger for now." Kotai rubbed at his left eye, which was beginning to water in an irritable fashion. "Please, heal and then you can come back."
Neburi the Mantis slid its hard-shell wing covers beneath his actual wings and Kotai set Hinata down beneath these, assurance she wouldn't fall off. "Alright?"

but...::her voice cracked again, sending her inmto a spazism of coughs, causing her to lean further into Neburi. She looked back up at Kotai, white eyes having returned to their previous pearl color, no longer tainted with the blue of her chakra::
be...safe...

Makoya laughed, stepping out of the pillar with what appeared to be partially-molten rock armor covering her. "That's not hot enough to even give me a sweat..." About this time, she noticed her luxurious light blue hair was on fire, and ran screaming into the forest to look for water. "You little dumbshit! I'll be back for you!"
Sakuna looked away as she watched her lover tear through the forest, screaming about her hair. Given this, she didn't notice that her vapors were being slowly funneled away.

::hinata wavered again, slipping into unconciousness again, snuggled into her perch. This time however her body was not twitching and shaking, but seemed finally to be accepting the healing chakra from Kotai::
(ooc: excuse my lack of stuff guys. Its been a hard night and an even harder morning.)

Kotai nodded to Neburi and stepped back, watching the mantis take Hinata with him. In the meantime, he looked about the area... wondering just what had happened recently.

*Shunketsu emerged from below the lava-like ground and as he emerged, he was covered in a thick layer of chakra...it was the way he can withstand the heat...usually, there's always at least a thin layer about him to protect him from his own jutsus...*
*Shunketsu's namigan was once again active and he awaited Makoya's return...*
