Xol sat on a elegant and intricately carved throne of unknown material. It was befit the ruler of hell himself with thousands of pain wracked bodies writhing around amongst scenes of torture and unimaginable and unthinkable deaths.
The throne lay on the land mass that jutted out from Xol's Keep. The sick, monstrosity of a man pondered deeply while watching over the land around him, crimson eyes filled with thoughts of conquering. This was his sandbox. It was time to take over were God left off and complete Earth, however, to his image.
Where to start though? Whom to destroy? To what extent would his madness roll over the land?

He turned his head with a naunchalantly cocky flair that only he could get away with. His crimson eyes were locked to a position deep in the forest. The aura had changed, however that was beyond a doubt, one Irvine Gray. Mortal enemy. A man whom he had slain twice now and yet he still walked. It didn't matter how, or when... all that mattered was that Xol aimed to make Mr. Gray stop walking for the rest of eternity. No amount of mothers love, pacts with Lucifer, or clever plans would save him from his wrath.
With a rolling crack of his neck, Xol was gone in a flash of black mist.

Xol appeared in the bowels of his Keep. More specifically his lab. Everything seemed rebuit to the exact specifications as from before the 'explosion'. The only difference seemed to be that everyone whom had been welcome before were currently denied access. Even Mastema's pass was currently on hiatus.
The dull overhead lights pulsed once before powering up to a constant glow. Not as harsh as fluorescent lighting and with out the incessant humming as well. Where to start?
"Display the sensor array..."
His voice was flat and entirely devoid of emotion. The usual sweet female voice of the computer didn't chime in however, possibly due to the fact that Xol was still configuring her. One could only guess. The aforementioned sensor array was brought up on a large flat screen LCD monitor on a wall adjacent Xol. The entire region, complete with subnotes on each specific location of interest was displayed in real time graphics.
"Citadel."
The image immediately zoomed in on the barrier of Mastema's Citadel and fleshed out what information Xol had collected up to this point in time. Small images of visited structures and the known inhabitants appeared with notes of interest ranging from powers to eye color and even subtle behavioral quirks.
Xol fell back and a chair morphed out of the floor panel below to catch him. His crimson eyes where locked on three particular inhabitants of the Citadel. The children. And even more so, the one called Eecheb.

The computer pinpointed and zoomed in on various other entities around the Citadel. All were unknown, but most had signatures that were already in the database. This was likely due to the fact that they had been in the region long enough to have been picked up and noted by system.
Without a word, the screen flickered off and Xol was gone.

A great deal of time had passed in the time he had entered and destroyed his fair share of the Citadel. As always, Mastema had refrained from showing and Xol had been forced to deal with his mechanical weaklings. In the time since leaving the Citadel, Xol had aquired the item Sundel and the others had asked for. It was a cube, four inches on each side. The very cube that had trapped him eons ago.
A flare of power caught his attention from his vantage point at the edge of his Keep and the cube vanished from his palm to whereabouts unknown. It had come from D's Mansion. Most of his plans lay in his Keep or buried in his mind uncompleted, so he had some free time to ruffle some feathers. Besides, nearly all the Dojo survivors were there. Perhaps he could capture a few and take them back to his lab for... 'analysis'.
With a silent explosion, Xol disapeared in a plume of black mist.

Xol sat and pondered. His hands caressed his jawline, elbows lay on the darkened LCD keyboard beneath. The entire region was outlined on a massive holographic display in front of him. From the Dojo to the forest to the Citadel and even KB's Cradle, each was marked and had small information tables. One dot, one information screen enveloped his vision at the moment. His son, Eecheb. He didn't care what excuses or half-assed explanations Mastema came up with. The blood running through his sons veins was his and his alone. And he was not keen on sharing.
Another thing was occupying his thoughts... what ever hapened to Focht and Sai. Aside from the fact they were presently on the Cradle of course. Oddly enough, he wondered how Phia was doing as well. Maybe he would pay her and her kin a visit. He could always go for a pint.

Not one to miss a party, Xol seemed inclined to accept and disappeared just as suddenly as he had appeared moments before.

[[Xol you twerp you forgot to post in here last night so no yelling at me if this post is a bit wonky.]]
When they appeared again they were in the courtyard of the keep and Phia's taloned fingers were digging into Xol's arms unintentionally but her eyes were widened and frightened, face paler than usual. She hated his meathod of travel, where his body could handle that kind of molecular shredding and reconstruction her body couldn't, plus the colors blurring her vision were making her a bit sick. When she realized where they were now she pried her hands away from him and sunk to her feet.
"Can we walk shadows next time?" She asked. Sure Xol may have not been able to do such a thing but Phi could bring him through. "It's less...nauseating..." She said softly. She regained herself after a few moments, getting to her feet and looking to Xol, the last time she was here it was on business now it was for personal reasons. She smiled softly to him and took his hand gently. "So..."

(( heart ))
"I don't see why not. If my method of travel isn't your taste then perhaps we can try yours next." Xol said softly with a indifferent shrug. There actually was a reason behind why he teleported the way he did. It was an almost unstoppable means on transportation. He wasn't one hundred percent sure on the saftey of shadow walking, but he knew his method would never get him trapped or caught in an unwanted place.
"So... uh, oh yes! A tour shall we?" He smiled in return as she took her hand into his own. "We're in the Courtyard. My spherical shield is transparent on the inside so looking out just looks like were floating in the sky above the BC forest. Looking at it from the ouside reveals a massive black orb in the sky." Xol walked towards and then inside the Keeps main entrance hall. "Over to our left is the self service bar... so yes, of course, help yourself. To the right is the main living quarters, grande fireplace, a few leathered couches, recliners and wrapping around is a library that stretches to the ceiling. To our front is the main staircase leading up to all the rooms and down to the, erm... dungeons and training center. Not that I use the former much anymore." Xol chuckled leading her up the stairs and through a labyrinth of corridors and rooms. "Up that flight of stairs is my, well... our chambers. Beyond that is my lab. I'm probably forgetting a few things, but it's been a long night and it's nothing a quick walk around wouldn't remedy."

Phi smiled at the word bar but beamed at the word Library. Phi loved to read which Xol may have known already but not to the degree she was obsessed. She nodded, listening but the library tugged at the back of her mind, she made a note to check it out later, now was not the time. She looked up to him as he showed her around the keep, she had been to a few of the rooms already but was never led there she had always 'poofed' for lack of better term inside them. Her eyes narrowed to him. She studied the way he spoke and couldn't help but notice his nerves.
"Xol....do I make you nervous?" She asked, smirking. He was keeping the sexual comments to a minimum which was strange when she was around him.

"Who? Me? Nervous? Pffft." He chuckled nervousy, sighing at his lack of being able to cover up his emotions. "Yes, Phia... you make me nervous. It's been, what... two odd years since we first met. Since the first time I layed eyes on you and knew you were out of my reach. All our talks, argumenst, discussions drawing me closer to my true feelings of love for you. Love I had to keep buried for so long." Xol realized he was breathting heavy, all kinds of feelings were buring through him. Love, lust, regret for not making a move sooner, anxiety for finally having her there in front of him. "It's almost too much."
Xol impulsively wrapped his arms around her, hugging her tightly as he gently nipped her neck. "I love you Phia..." He breathed heavily into her neck.

Phia smiled warmly, reaching up and brushing a stray onyx lock from his face. She opened her mouth to reply when he grabbed her up in a hug and nipped her neck. Luckily for Phia he was holding on to her rather well or she'd drop to the ground. She slumped in his arms, becoming dead weight as her mind hazed over at his lips at her neck. Now he knew her weakness. Her eyes were half lidded, lips still parted slightly as he spoke to her.

He felt her slump against him and nipped her neck a little harder before moving his face against hers sensually untill they were face to face. Xol looked into her beautiful half lidded violet eyes and slightly parted lips before moving forward and kissing her gently. A hand found the small of her back, while the other moved to the back of her head, running through her hair as he pressed his lips harder to hers. It was a kiss of intense passion. When he pulled away he bit down on her still parted bottom lip.
Xol composed himself and took a step back, clearing his throat. "Heh, sorry... well... here's your home away from home if you want it."

She flinched a bit back into consciousness once his lips moved back from her neck to her lips, she did return it whole-heartedly. Her hands were still set gently on his his chest. When he pulled away she found herself mourning the loss of his touch. She sighed softly and brushed her fingers over her lips in thought. She enjoyed that too much and showing it would only cause his ego to boost more. Oh well. She nodded.
"Thank ye..." She said softly, her hand came up to rub her eyes, the contacts were bugging them now. Sure there had to be some sort of magic or technology here that could fix her eyesight but she liked her glasses very much. They glimmered to exsistance in her hand and she removed the contacts, burning them in her palm with green flame placing her glasses on her nose. "So..."She started slowly. "Ye love me...an' I return those feelings...but, where do we go from 'ere?"
